Fenced rear yard, patio, oversized outdoor shower, and large yard. Centrally located and walking distance to Margate schools, JCC, tennis court, docks, ball fields, playgrounds, 90 second drive to the beach in a beach buggy. 2 car driveway with ample street parking available. Pet friendly. Available for monthly and weekly rental.
