Navarre is perfectly located between Destin (23 miles) and Pensacola Beach (18 miles). The house is only 5 miles away from Navarre Beach, which offers a lot of free parking and a boat ramp.

The house itself is located in a safe neighborhood right on a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood offers a gated pool.

You will find everything you need for a great vacation in close proximity: Restaurants, grocery stores, boat rentals, spa treatments and yoga studios.

Please keep trash cans inside the garage to avoid local wildlife from grabbing a midnight snack.

Great house by the bay

Beautiful home close to the bay. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Nice quiet neighborhood and pool. The paddle board was fun and many beaches to choose from. Some beaches have parking right up to beach. Thanks for the stay! jc

Perfect for Our Purposes

The townhouse is very nice, clean and easy to find. We did not know it was a townhome and were somewhat challenged by the very steep stairs. All the bedrooms are upstairs. We mainly wanted a place with a pool. I was somewhat disappointed when I discovered it is a community pool, but that ended up OK because we rarely had more than one other family at the pool when we were. We loved access to all the TV channels and watched several movies. We had a very relaxing time. We did go over to the beach a couple times for meals and a drive down the beach road to see the beautiful scenery. Publix was very close to the townhouse so that we could mostly eat in. A pleasant stay for people who want to be near the beach but not on it.

Very spacious townhouse with convenience to everything!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The convenience to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach was fantastic. Communication with Franziska was very easy and she couldn’t be any kinder! We loved the addition of shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the showers. The beach chairs were great but could use a few more so all guests have one. They also had water floats which were great when we went to crab island. They also provide a small cooler which was great for short trips to the beach. If you have a big group you’ll need a bigger one! The primary bedroom was a great size with a lot of storage and large closet space. The other 2 bedrooms also have good sized closets. The home is the last one at the end of the street so it made for a quiet and more private stay. They have a community pool(that we never took advantage of) but there was never anyone in it when we drove in and out of the community. I would definitely return for another stay!
