The Property was very clean and Check in was easy. The Master bath had a jetted tup, and the Jets didn't work, but other than that, the house was perfect for us. We had a small problem with a leak and it was fixed the same day! Master bed was extremely comfortable. House is just minutes to the each. Definitely recommend, and we will stay here again!!!

This house has the potential to be a 5 star! The location is amazing offering a gorgeous ocean view. However, the house feels somewhat neglected. It could use a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. I saw a large bug (roach?) run under stove when I turned on kitchen light. The beds were very comfortable but could use an updated duvet cover. The master bedroom one was stained and wore. All that being said my family and I had a great week. I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect location

Clean, location was amazing. Screw due was locked open & couldn’t figure how to close. If I could add a few things to make it better. It would definitely be big bowls to cook/mix. Measuring cups etc. overall perfect place. Will definately stay again!!!

There was a slight hiccup with the cleaning crew and the owner quickly rectified the situation. Super friendly and easy to deal with! We will be back!

Just right for our first stay in Navarre

The property was clean and the beds were very comfy! AC worked great! This was a nice house and it was perfect for our stay.

The only down falls: the main bath toilet you had to jiggle to shut off, no big deal, just used the other o e. And the front door handle came off, it we hand tightened it. Needs to be tighter. Otherwise loved everything!! Would do again for sure!

The kitchen could use more for cooking. There wasn’t even a dish towel. The house overall was dirty especially the floors, bathroom, doors and bed coverings. There was no smoke detector in the kitchen and several lights did not work. Blinds in one bedroom broken and kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. Overall the unit needs deep cleaning and paint.

FANTASTIC VIEWS

We were thrilled to find this house. The property manager was awesome. They were able to get us booked quickly & we were able to enjoy our Christmas here. The views were breathtaking! We could see the ocean in the front windows.Great place & thank you.

The size of the rental was great and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and dining area are nice.If you dont mind driving to the beach then its perfect, but when we booked, we thought we would be able to walk. The public access is quite a distance, especially when carrying chairs and coolers and have a child. The home is across the street from the beach, but you cannot just walk across the street. Overall, it was fine and the price is much lower than those directly on the beach.

House was clean when we arrived. No issues at all. Very quiet and peaceful and easy access to the beach. A/C worked great. The only thing I’d recommend is cleaning the walls and light switch covers a bit as areas were a little dirty. Overall, nice and roomy home and would definitely stay again!

Great view

It was a great view from all angles of the house. The only down fall was not having a grill, we had brought our Picnic grill and it worked just fine.

Family get away

We have been coming to Navarre since 2010. Every property we’ve rented has been great. Our kids are now grown but they still love the annual trip. Property was great. Location was perfect. Easy communication with owners too. I left my car keys and work keys behind at check out. Didn’t realize this until we were already at the airport. I contacted the owner and my keys were mailed back to me. I appreciate this so much! Highly recommend this property.

Great location, easy check in. Comfy mattresses. The house needs a lot of maintenance & a good deep clean for the price you pay. The walls, doors, handles, & switches were all visibly grimy. Shower had a ton of mold/mildew stains in the grout. Master sliding door didn’t lock, hanging blinds in the guest were so broken that if you touched them, they fell. Neither of the drain plugs in the baths worked, had to use a plastic sack to plug it. No wash cloths, or dish rags. No extra amenities like laundry detergent, seasonings/spices (not even salt & pepper), Keurig but no pods, coffee grounds but no coffee pot, etc. Requested check out instructions our last night & was told I’d receive them the next morning. I never got them. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re just looking for a place to shower & sleep, but don’t expect much.

Maintenance issues

The property needed some maintenance. 1 garage door didn't open, need some lighting on the outside stairs, master toilet doesn't flush correctly, kitchen faucet was loose,front tub drains slowly,fridge filter needs to be replaced, ac filter needs replacing, door knob on garage door fell off, mold around jacuzzi tub.

When we arrived the cleaning man and woman were still there and we were late due to traffic and rainy weather traveling from LA. The showers in both bathrooms had not been cleaned-the tiles were dirty with mildew and hair on them. There were glass shards in the kitchen on the floor as well. When we heard of the incoming tropical storm brewing we decided to check out early so we started the clean up tasks to checkout-putting trash out, sweeping the floors, etc where we found both beds were dirty and obviously hadn’t been swept in a while. I emailed the host and let them know we were checking out early, that we’d cleaned up, and how dirty and the condition of the house. They stated they would have maintenance take care of the iproblem promptly.Other than the cleanliness issues, we enjoyed our short stay.
