Pool heat if requested is an additional fee $150
Late checkout $25 per hour requested if available only
Early checkout $25 per hour request if available only

Pet fee -$100 max 2 pets ( no more then 35 pounds)
No parties allowed
Anything more then 12 will
Be considered a party $1000 dollar charge for extra cleaning fee and possible fine if city or police was called.
