Nice and we enjoyed the beach and the views

Good experience living in the condo , but online wasn’t clear , we didn’t know if we have reservation because they said will send us email to confirm , we didn’t reserve any thing till the time came to decide to leave or just cancel the trip ( we wasn’t sure what’s going on ) so I decided to risk it and fight when I get there , we’ll sure enough we got there and we do have reservation but we didn’t know !!! I believe week in follow up emails and commutation with clients, this is what cause problems . Thank you

Fantastic stay but the room needs improvement

The resort itself and the staff were wonderful. The room was nice however we had a few issues The master bed frame was not put together probably and was very wobbly. If you sat on the edge it felt like the whole thing would fall. The mattress was very springy not very comfortable We were given 3 keys but only 1 key worked one of the locks. The other 2 keys did nothing There were no extra sheets for any of the beds. No sheets at all for the pullout sofa bed In the closet were 3or 4 extra comforters but no extra sheets
