The house was clean and comfortable;The amenities were nice .the only concerns we had was on the grill the nut on the screw that holds the cover came loose couldn't locate it and the window room I would have preferred to have blinds on the windows like the rest of the house, overall was a great stay would highly recommend this property!

The house is beautiful and spacious. The landscaping is so complementary to the surroundings and so restful. It was very clean but no strong smells from toxic cleaners which I greatly appreciate. It’s very easy to contact the host and all of the family wants to stay there again soon. We loved the salt water jacuzzi and the sauna.

Lovely home with all of the amenities. Requires an SUV for the dirt road to property.

We are so happy that you had a lovely stay with us. In the winter months when it snows, such as during your stay with us, we recommend all wheel drive or 4x4 but other than that no SUV is necessary or required as we really close to the highway. We have had all makes and models stay at the Villa with zero issues. We hope to see you again 🙏🏽

Great getaway

Stayed in Rowe at this lovely home only 20 miles outside of Santa Fe. The grounds are immaculate, the back porch is perfect for star watching, and they just installed a brand new jacuzzi that we enjoyed several evenings. The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools and utensils needed to make nice home-cooked meals. There is covered parking for your vehicle, and 4 nice bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds. The living room was perfect for congregating in the evening to enjoy quiet conversation. Highly recommend this property!

The location is in a wonderful spot. We were right across the street from the food trucks and close to nice beaches. We were surprised by the emergency room right next door, but we did not hear any sirens while we were there and was a nonfactor. Great home for bigger groups with all the space downstairs and a HUGE yard! Our only issue was that we were told on the day of our arrival that the downstairs AC was not working and could not be fixed for a couple weeks. We were not compensated and there was no plan to help the situation be better.Communication with Gen was quick and efficient. The local caretaker of the home would respond, but not always in a timely manner. Overall, our experience was good, and we had a great time.
