Polynesian Village Condos is the best kept secrete around PCB. You are literally .25 of a mile from pier park . It is a low rise brown 2 story complex you would almost just drive on by, nestled on the white sandy beaches. If your looking to be in the middle of all the action , and activities , you can walk to pier park from the location- but also stay distance from the large crowds being at a small old school complex. This isn't a high rise, there are no elevators or parking garages or arm bands to purchase ... you park at the door and you go on into the condo – sounds easy ? it is!

1 bed 1 bath condos with sleeper sofas can sleep a nice family easily. Wake up to the sunrise , walk to Starbucks if you like , or catch the sunset with ease just out the slider door. Walk with your wine to dinner at Pier Park , catch some songs at tootsies. The events and possibilities are endless. Full kitchens to accommodate the gormet cook or hit up Dustys Oyster bar , diagonal from the complex. There is a on-site relaxing , never over crowded , simple pool to jump into on the lake side , or feed or fish the lake . Sometimes you may catch a local alligator in that lake , just keep your eyes out .

It was great! Had a fantastic stay. And not hosts' fault at all, but beach access was hindered by the city's placement of fences in front of our rental. It was just less attractive and couldn't easily get in the water after sauna. But we still loved getting on the beach! And we'd hoped to have a fire on the beach to roast marshmallows--that's just part of the joy of being on a beach. :) Apparently, you can't build a fire there (?). We totally loved a sunrise walk on the beach and seeing the Queen of the Lakes, Paul R. Tregurtha come into port just down the beach. Great experience! These hosts have done a great job, though. Fun to stay there.

Perfect location. Beach not crowded. Great space for a couple. Walking distance to Pier Park and Dusty’s Oyster Bar. Would stay in this unit again.

This is a small complex with only two floors. Our unit was very nice. There was everything needed in the unit. Very clean. I wish it had a washer/ dryer but there are coin operated machines on the premises. My husband and I are in our mid 70’s. The steps can be a problem with luggage but we knew there was no elevator before booking. The view is so beautiful!! Would definitely stay there again.

Easy to work with owner, great updated unit with perfect view of Gulf of America. Small complex with easy access, much less crowded beach than found at large complexes in area.

Excellent location .5 miles away from pier park but far enough to where the beach wasnt crowded. Smaller sized condo but big enough for me and my wife to feel comfortable. Clean and quiet. Beach is right there. The sunsets were amazing.

AMAZING!! Location was PERFECT. Easy walk to Pier Park and being right on the beach was perfection. Easy drive to grocery store. Quiet and condo was super clean.

We had a wonderful stay. With this being a long, two-story building, and being just far enough away from the pier, we never had a crowded beach. Unit was nice and well maintained and we had everything we needed. We will be back!

Gulf Coast Jam

They condo was just perfect. Close to Frank Brown Park for the concert, we were able to ride our electric scooters there in less than 10 min. Loved waking up to the gulf view. Would definitely stay there again!

Dream come true!

My husband and I stayed at this place for a few days and were so incredibly thrilled with it! The location is perfect-we couldn’t have asked for a better view of the ocean or proximity to it! Clean, quiet, and close to so many things in the area. We 100% will be staying here again.

Everything was great! Cute condo on the gulf. The only recommendation would be to have another mixing bowl and a 13X9 pan! We would definitely stay here again!

Best mini vacay

It was exactly as it looked in the pictures! Very clean and up to date. We loved that it was right on the beach, and it was not that crowded it felt like a private beach :) We will 100% come back to this exact room the next time we want a beach trip!!

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was great, roomy and clean. The A/C wasn't working, but after a quick text message, the owner came and fixed it. He was very responsive. The location is also very good.
