Located directly on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and near to over 100 Finger Lakes wineries, this gorgeous 5,000sf home has all the luxurious on-site amenities your group deserves for your next vacation to Hammondsport! Each spacious level is flooded with natural light cascading in through windows overlooking Keuka Lake, with lustrous wood accents and old-world touches throughout...including a handsome decorative fireplace. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a center prep island, and everything else you'll need to prepare your perfect meals. You can serve up to 16 dinner guests at the dining room table and there is more space available at the kitchen table. After dinner, let the dishwasher handle the cleanup while you adjourn to the private hot tub or challenge someone to a match on the game room's shuffleboard and foosball tables. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have five well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, the second-floor rooms with en-suite baths. The third floor includes a wet bar and a sitting area, an ideal space for catching up on a good novel while everyone else visits the lake. Explorers can romp around the grassy expanse surrounding the estate and there are plenty of things to do in the area such as winery tours, boating on Keuka Lake, and lots of shops, restaurants, and activities available in the quaint Village of Hammondsport.

Please note that this location is an APPROVED EVENT CENTER and can accommodate weddings and events up to 150 people. Events are held in the event center building next door of the home and require a separate contract...inquire within.

Wonderful house

I never write reviews but this house was just so beautiful I felt like I had to. The house was so comfortable and perfect for a friends 40Th birthday and wine tasting week. The owner was amazing and got back to us extremely fast whenever we had a question. I cannot wait to stay on this beautiful property again!

Women's Wine Weekend

We have a lovely time at The Manor Estate! In fact, we enjoyed the house so much we didn't make it to as many wineries as planned. The house is well appropriated, clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and all had a good night sleep. The hot tub was a hit as well as the games in the fun bar area of the basement.

Gorgeous old house in the heart of wine country

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette party. The house was as pictured with ample beds in bedrooms for us all to stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Since it was the dead of winter we weren't able to enjoy the grounds other than to see the pretty snowscape. It snowed several times over the weekend we were there and the owners were great about having someone come to plow the driveway and salt the pathway. Would love to stay here again in warmer weather.

Every February 5 couples rent a place on one of the Finger Lakes for a few days. This place was perfect! It was big enough that we could all be together when we wanted but there were different "living" spaces to separate and do music, games etc. The hot tub, in the snow, looking out over the lake was everything! The kitchen and dining room were the perfect size to accommodate our size group which can be difficult. The Estate was so close to so many wineries and breweries which is my favorite part. All in all, a wonderful place!!

Keuka Lake getaway

Great weekend at an "as-advertised" place-- no unpleasant surprises! The hosts were immediately responsive to a couple of minor glitches, the accommodations were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The only possible complaint I could make is that the knives need sharpening and I wished I had a pair of binoculars for the spectacular view! Thank you for allowing us to walk in to a small piece of paradise.

Keuka Lake Getaway

We had a great time at this property! We are a group of moms who took a weekend away from our families to lounge at the house. We had originally intended to go to some wineries nearby, but ended up doing our own wine and food tasting in. There were plenty of beds for all of us to sleep alone, and everything was clean and nicely maintained. Huge table for all of us to sit at for meals. The hot tub was a really nice touch too. And we were able to use the fireplace one day to make it cozy! The only thing I would recommend is that there be some cleaning products provided, we didn’t bring any Clorox wipes or spray with us and wished we had it a few times as we did a lot of cooking. Would definitely recommend this place for a larger group of people visiting Keuka Lake area. Thank you for a nice stay!

The mansion has a spectacular view. The house is large and could easily accommodate at least 12-14 people. We had a few hiccups with the WIFI, TV and the cleaning crew could do a much better job. None of these issues took away from vacation but some things should be addressed.

Wonderful stay in Keuka lake wine country

Our group of 8 long time friends really enjoyed our stay at Manor House. The owner could not have been more accommodating. He answered every question promptly including advice re pizza delivery. The house was as described in the listing and pictures. Very spacious, huge bathrooms and a lovely well functioning kitchen. You can not beat the view of bluff point. Sipping coffee and watching the mist lift off the lake, was a wonderful way to start the day. There are at least 4 wineries within a short distance of the house. The town of Hammondsport with its quaint shops and several nice restaurants is a short 3 miles away. Although we were a group of 8 the house can easily accommodate 12 or more in comfort.

Beautiful wedding venue!

My husband and I got married here in July and we had the most beautiful wedding! Art and Melissa were a pleasure to work with and they have a beautiful home! This is the perfect place for a family getaway or a girls weekend! Conveniently located right across the street from heron hill winery! They recently flattened the land next to the house which allowed for us to have a large tent for our wedding and the lake makes for the best backdrop! Absolutely stunning home and property. We had a small outdoor wedding here and Art was extremely accommodating. All of our guests could not get over the breath taking views of Keuka lake. Wonderful property and definitely worth a trip!

This beautiful English tutor situated on Keuka Lake was perfect for our group of mothers and daughters. The view of the the lake is incredible, even in the snow. The open floor plan, which included a balcony, added to the fun of being together. The third floor bedroom provided quiet for anyone who needs some time away. Also, the basement bar and game room are perfect for those who are interested in cards, shuffle board, etc. I highly recommend this stunning home!

Perfect outdoor wedding spot

We really appreciate the opportunity to have our wedding preparations and reception at the Manor House on Keuka Lake. The site was perfect for an outdoor tent reception with views of the lake for all our guests to enjoy. Fantastic background for wedding photos! The house itself was spacious so our wedding party could comfortably spend several days before and after the wedding without having to drive to another spot. We were able to use a second refrigerator to store our wedding cake and other items. We had access to a large parking area for all the wedding guests. The caterer had plenty of room to operate without interfering with the guests. Our host was very easygoing. All in all, a great wedding spot.

Art and Melissa Sable moved back to Art's hometown of Hammondsport in 2012 from Baltimore, MD. At that point, they purchased the 5,000sf home at 9180 County Route 76, Hammondsport, NY (Manor House Estate) as their primary residence with the vision of ultimately converting into a business. The Sables lived in the home for four years while renovating and upgrading the property throughout. The property converted to a year-round rental in 2016 then, shortly thereafter, added an event center on the property.
