The Aran View Country House is a six bedroomed property build in the Georgian period. The bedrooms and bathroom individually decorated. It was a Manon house back down through the year. I am the forth generations of the Linnane family to care of this home. It has magnificent view of the Wild Atlantic way, Cliffs of Moher and the Aran Island. You can spend hours in one of our lounge area of maybe have a glass of wine in the bar lounge, as you take in these breath taking views. Enjoy spending an evening outside taking in the beautiful Sunset each evening. The Aran view Lodge is connected if you need to book extra space .

The property was absolutely perfect for our group! Beautiful location. Beautiful place. Our host Sharon was a pleasure to deal with and even left homemade scones, bread and 2 bottles of wine. Thank you Sharon! Would highly recommend!
The Aran house was Fabulous! The hospitality was exceptional! Beautiful location and perfect for our large family. We stayed here 21 years ago and brought our family back because it was so incredible. Everyone fell in love.
I cannot give enough praise for this property and Sharon! Perfect perfect perfect! Proximity to Doolin, views from the house, comfortable beds, kitchen facilities - everything exceeded expectations. Book it now!!
Super impressed, comfy beds, great space, host was amazing and left homemade scones for breakfast. Our kids loved having a whole hotel to ourselves. The view was absolutely stunning and great location to the Cliffs of Moher! Definitely recommend!
Great for a large family. Great kitchen! Terrific neighborhood. Plenty of space to hang out. Lots of things to do in the area. Pool cues need new tips. :-). We loved the fresh scones and your generous red and white wine. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We loved staying in the Aran View Country House. We were a party of 16. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The living spaces were perfect for our group to enjoy time together. I would highly recommend staying there.
Our stay at Aran View was delightful. We were a family of 12 ranging from 75 to 4 years of age. There was plenty of space to spread out in and spaces for small conversations as well as spaces we could all be together in. We were able to cook our own breakfasts and dinners there as well. The location was perfect.
The Aran View Country House is a beautiful property with a charming antique feel, perfectly located in Doolin. There are several great pubs a short distance, and the Cliffs of Moher are just a short drive away. While the home has an older style inside, it’s very well maintained and spotlessly clean.Sharon, the owner, was fantastic—so accommodating to our requests, flexible with our early check-in, and always quick to respond. Our friends and family truly enjoyed our stay. The house feels like a bed and breakfast inside a spacious villa, with a large dining area, big kitchen, plenty of bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), plus a pool table/game room, bar, and cozy living room.We also enjoyed exploring the Doolin Caves nearby and golfing at Doonbeg, which was about an hour’s drive. If you’re traveling with a big group, this is absolutely the place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!
EVERYTHING was amazing. The host was so welcoming, kind and had great communication. So accommodating and went above and beyond with everything. The location was the perfect walk from town and absolutely stunning. The pictures don't give it justice. The entire place and every room was perfect. I haven't one complaint/concern. I will recommend to anyone I know coming through Doolin. We're already planning our return.
Family gathering to celebrate our Irish heritage with our father
Aran View Country House was the perfect venue for 18 of us (!) (including the back house) to celebrate our Irish heritage with our father. The in-house "pub" was a perfect gathering place in the evenings, as was the pool room. Industrial kitchen was amazing, as was the dining room. Rooms were super comfy, all of which had their own bath. Location was also perfect for biking and hiking trips to the Aran Islands, the Burren, and Cliffs of Moher, and Doolin close by for some dinners and pub nights out. Our host, Sharon, was also super attentive and welcoming. Thanks so much for the incredible stay!
Our family had an absolutely wonderful 8 day stay at the Aran View House! We filled all six bedrooms - all with exceptional privacy and spacious. Rooms were well appointed with pleasant highly functional individual bathrooms. House is very quiet - even with a large and boisterous group. The public rooms are all a treat: a functioning bar, reception room, the dining room and the plush, private and splendid view sitting room on the second floor. Then the kitchen, what a set-up! Getting used to the commercial equipment took some experimenting (and question asking) but fortunately had several people with experience! The accommodations couldn't be better, and the location was even more spectacular! On a working farm with a uninterrupted pastoral view of the Atlantic, Aran Islands and the Cliffs of Moher - what a way to wake up and also to see sunsets! On top of all this it's an easy stroll down the hill to the two best Pubs in Doolin! Sharon was attentive, responsive and very accommodating. Our stay was so special and memorable that can't wait to round up another family and friends adventure to Doolin and Aran View House!
