Welcome to After Dune Delight, a 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom/4 level townhome with a private residential elevator that sleeps up to 11 and is less than 250 steps away from the beach! We are excited to share our spacious family beach home with you, your family and your friends. Our home will be your perfect family-friendly vacation destination!


The unit has total parking of 3 vehicles (2 of which are covered.) A gas grill is provided for your convenience.

The first floor has a washer and dryer, and a refrigerator with an ice maker, and access to the residential elevator.


The second floor has two bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed and one with a king-size bed. Both bedrooms have private, full baths, and the king-room has a screened-in deck with a view of both the pool and the gulf.


The third floor also has two bedrooms – one with a twin bunk over a full-size bed, with a full-size trundle, able to sleep up to 5 children. The other bedroom has another king-size bed. Again, both bedrooms have private, full baths, and the king-room has a screened-in deck with a pool and gulf-view.


The vaulted open-concept fourth floor has a convenient half-bath and a fully equipped kitchen with a stainless-steel refrigerator with ice maker and granite countertops. The fresh-looking living room furniture, with a queen sleeper sofa and a bistro table set with 2 chairs, will surround you with its coastal charm. The kitchen has a dining table with 6 chairs. 4 bar stools are located at the kitchen counter. Yet another large deck is on this floor, with a spectacular gulf-view.


All rooms have flat-screen TVs with the living room TV able to be seen from the entire floor. The kitchen has many upgrades and small appliances and is all set for you to enjoy large family meals together. All decks have welcoming outdoor furniture. (Some of the appliances provided are as follows: Crock Pot, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Hand Mixer, Blender, Griddle, Hair Dryers, Iron, Ironing Board.)


This unit is dog-friendly (maximum 2 small dogs), smoke free and will sleep 11 comfortably. We have worked hard to make our vacation home the place where YOU can relax, unwind and spend your care-free vacation!!


Seacliffs is a private gated community with a pool that is located just outside St. Joseph’s State Park. Cape San Blas has bike trails and a public park (Salinas Park) with pickle ball courts and trails. Come enjoy the beauty of Cape San Blas and everything it has to offer!
