Seaside Haven includes over 1,700 square feet of well-appointed living space and even more covered outdoor space to enjoy. Starting at the top, the 2nd level open floor plan living/dining/kitchen is airy and bright with a large ocean-view deck, perfect for sunset views over the Gulf. The 2nd floor bedroom with King bed offers a bay-facing balcony with breathtaking sunrise views, full bath in hall.

The first floor boasts a King Primary Suite with Gulf views, including an ensuite bathroom with double sinks. Primary suite also includes French door access to a 2nd large deck. The third bedroom has lovely sea views and a King bed, also with direct deck access. The 4th bedroom has a charming Full-over-Full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a hall bath and all bedrooms have a flatscreen TV with Roku device to allow for streaming. A laundry closet is also located on first level for your convenience.

The large space under the home allows for covered gas grilling, pool-side dining, and cornhole, as well as covered parking. Seaside Haven includes space for parking 3-4 vehicles, an outdoor shower, and EV Car Charging.

Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
