Located just minutes from Mentone, Hiker's Haven is the perfect place to escape. Designed with your comfort, style, and the environment in mind, Hiker's Haven will be a destination you will want to return to, again and again!

Become one with nature while you escape the stresses of your busy life. Hiker's Haven is within minutes of DeSoto State Park hiking trails, has its own private fire pit with four Adirondack chairs, and parking right out front.

This spacious tiny home has everything you need, including kitchen with full size stove, refrigerator and duo coffee maker, washer/dryer, TV, wifi, and air conditioning. Relax in the den while you play games, or snuggle up by the electric fireplace with your favorite book. If you prefer, you can lounge on the spacious covered front porch with sectional seating, or sit by the fire pit while enjoying s’more.

When your day is done, slumber in comfort in luxurious bedding. A queen sized bed is on main level and two twins are located up in the loft. The full bath comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels for your visit.

This property is exactly as advertised: Hikers Haven. It is small with all the amenities pf a five star hotel. It's private yet close to all the state parks. The owner has spared no expense: great lighting, comfortable bed, smart tv, washer and dryer, a porch with comfortable patio furniture, a large fire pit with adirondeck chairs. This is a property you would def want to return to.

Heavenly stay at Hikers Haven

The property was perfect for us and our Boxer dogs. We had coffee on the front porch and sat by the fire pit during dusk to watch t he fireflies and listen to the nighttime serenade of the woods. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was perfect. I was even able to do a load of laundry so I wasn't bring home stinky clothes. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Perfectly quiet Getaway

This is a great location for a quiet getaway. It was close enough to some great hiking locations like DeSoto Falls park and Cloudland Canyon. I really enjoyed the solitude and ease of check in, check out, and cleanliness of the property. It had everything that I needed. Will consider booking again in the future if I return to the area.
