Black Bear 33 is a SKI-IN and OUT townhome renovated with luxury amenities.

7 Bedrooms-4 with kings, 2 bunkrooms, and 1 enchanted forest hideaway for young kids (toddler bed over narrow twin). 5 full + 3 half baths.

Stocked kitchen, 12' waterfall island, pool table, theater seats, 2-player arcade games, PS5, and smart TVs.

Exit back door and cross to ski access. Adjacent to Powderidge Lift. Shuttle to rest of resort. 10 minute walk to village.

Shared pavilion with grills and a gas fire pit.

Home can sleep up to 17 adults, with 2 additional young children allowed for the enchanted forest room (see size of beds below). It has:

4 Bedrooms have king beds (each room sleeps 2, for a total of 8)

1 Bunk room has 2 twin bunks with a trundle on one side (sleeps 5)

1 Bunk room has a full size bed on the lower level and 2 twin beds on top (sleeps 4 if 2 people share the full size bed)

1 Bunk room - the enchanted forest - sleeps 2 young children as it has a toddler bed on top and a narrow twin-length bed on the bottom

Black Bear Crossing is right in the heart of the Snowshoe resort.

Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tabs will be provided, but guests should pack extras

Great host, the property is very clean and in a great location, right across the street from stairs down to the slopes! Open concept kitchen was perfect for our extended family to make some memorable dinners together while some relaxed by the fireplace. Bedrooms were comfortable, kids loved the bunk beds!

Great accommodations, wonderful host, and plenty of space. We were especially impressed with how well equipped this condo was. The owners have gone to great lengths to make this a great place to stay. Also- the amount of bathrooms was a great plus for groups. Monica was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

We had the BEST time at this townhome in Snowshoe! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the space was incredibly roomy and comfortable for our whole group.The slopes were super close—such a bonus—and my mom, who stayed back, loved being able to sit on a bench and watch us get off the chairlift and ski by. The shuttle to the village picked up right at the entrance of the neighborhood and was a very short, convenient ride. You can walk to the village but the shuttle is easier and faster.The host was very responsive and communication was easy from start to finish. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect birthday getaway!

We stayed here with friends and family for my husband’s 30th birthday during Snowshoe’s opening weekend. The location was perfect, house was clean and comfortable. The beds were very firm but that’s just a personal preference. It fit our needs nicely and we will definitely be back!

Amazing Place

We stayed here and it was wonderful. We had 3 families of 4 and feltthe layout was great with plenty of room. The host did a great job of communicating and we could not have been happier. Thank you!

Awesome winter getaway

The house was perfect for our family/friends annual snow trip! The location was great as we love the convenience of ski in/ski out. The house was one of the most ‘stocked’ rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Everything we needed was there! We will certainly be back to visit again.

Great stay and convenient locaiton

Was able to walk to and from lifts even during spring low tide. At the top of Powder Monkey lift. Plenty in the cabin to keep the non-snowboarders and skiers busy. Good wifi if you have to work Plenty of cookware and dishes.

Beautiful townhouse with lovely decor. Very clean and well organized with loads Of fun things to do when not mountain biking. The “fox” “room” is much much smaller than expected even based upon the photos so we had to make last minute adjustments to the planned sleeping arrangements. But other than that, excellent place

Family reunion

The property was wonderful for our 4 generation reunion. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. The seating areas were also comfortable The back deck and firepit were a bonus during the beautiful cooler weather we enjoyed. There were plenty of summer activities to keep all age ranges busy and happy. Monica was responsive and helpful. Everyone agreed that this was a place we could return to.

Black Bear 33 -- An absolute gem!

Our stay at Black Bear 33 was spectacular! Great location, with easy peasy ski-in, ski-out. Top-notch accommodations. The house includes a well-equipped kitchen and is cozy, inviting, and meticulously maintained. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night of sleep. Monica was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Any questions we had were promptly answered, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.

A perfect ski getaway

This was by far our best trip to snow shoe during an 11 inch drop of snow. The accommodations were incredible for our family and friends of 15 with room to spare. The home has comfortable beds for adults and numerous children. The kitchen is well appointed and large. The gas logs are so comforting. Two fridges make life easy! The hot tub and endless hot water in the showers is key! Easy in and out skiing and access to the resort by calling transportation makes a vacation what it should be. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the ps 4 and arcade games. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and like a retreat!

Great location and the house is beautiful and equipped with all the amenities.

This home is extremely nice with ski access just out the back door. You are very close to restaurants and shopping. Everyone had their privacy. I will definitely stay here in the future! Beautiful!!
