Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our apartment is a new construction, the yard is still a work in progress, and about 50’ from our back door. It’s above a drive under garage, but there is no access to the apartment from the garage. We love pets and made every effort to accommodate your four-legged family members. Both bedrooms have their own gated pet bedrooms and are roughly 8’ x 5’ and 5’ tall at its highest point sloping down to the floor.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire, fully stocked apartment. We are 0.9 mile from the Main Street of Tennessee’s Oldest Town. We are just across the street from a railroad crossing - small children love seeing the train up close. We are also child friendly. We are 12 minutes from 3 major hospitals (JCMC - level 1 trauma, Franklin Woods - community hospital, & VAMC (a veteran’s hospital) @ Mountain Home, TN.

The house was very clean and wonderfully stocked. Our stay was very refreshing and our hosts were very accommodating. It is within a very easy drive into the town of Jonesborough, only about 5 minutes away. You would not regret spending some time in East Tennessee while staying here! Everything a person would need was in the place. It was the best place I've ever stayed. Godly people own it and treat you right. My wife and I can't say enough about them. They are dog lovers and it shows. Both bedrooms had a built in dog kennels. Love the entire stay. The furniture was awesome and the beds were cozy, comfy. I didn't want to get up. We will be returning.Great people and. Great place to stay.

We stayed here while visiting family and attending a FastCAT (Dog Performance Event). Ken and Runae are so nice and welcoming :). Their cottage was just perfect for our needs! Plenty of room for us and our little dog. It has all the comforts of home ! The reclining couches were very relaxing after a long day. It is very well kept and well organized! I LOVE the beautiful wooden kitchen table. It was wonderful to not have to share a bathroom when getting ready in the morning. (a big change from our RV !) The yard was great for walking Twiggie (potty time). I LOVE the security light that comes on when taking Twiggie out at night (it lit up the whole area for our walk). It is on a nice quite street and there is a neighborhood close by that we enjoyed walking Twiggie. The deck is lovely and has plenty of seating to enjoy the sunrise / sunset. It is very close to the historic downtown with fun shops. We really enjoyed our time. We hope next year we can stay here again ! !

We are about 3/4 of a mile from "Downtown" Jonesborough, but still close to the country.
