The home is fully updated and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you will need. You can Pier fish from your private dock and the lake has large fish. The house has lots to do for the kids, board games, garage mini hoops, pool table, cornhole... This home has 8 bedrooms and 5 Full bathrooms.
The two master suites have a king size bed. Two bedrooms with queen size bed and four with twin beds. Two of the bathrooms are on suite and three shared guest bathrooms. The house also has mountain views, hiking, shopping, near NFL stadium, and is in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. The Neighborhood: The house is located on a scenic lake with mountain views. This home is a quiet, tropical, residential neighborhood. It is a short drive from grocery stores, shopping, golf, pickleball, and restaurants, as well as MLB spring training facilities, shopping, and football games at State Farm Stadium. The house has a two-car garage and is close to everything you need... This house offers one of the best backyards you find and it feels like a resort. Once you step outside into the backyard of the house it takes your breath away, and includes a private boat dock. The backyard includes palm trees, lawn, covered patio, and comfortable furniture. The kitchen and furniture are up to date and the house has plenty of natural light, tall ceilings, a very well stocked kitchen, and lots of TV stations. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. View from the outside patio was awesome. Looking at the lake was very peaceful. The pontoon boat was a great perk. Plenty of bedrooms and kitchen was well stocked. The pictures show some lounge chairs around the pool that were not there. Outside area could use a little cleaning and weeding. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Fun place, big enough for several family members.

Beautiful backyard and pool area. The pontoon was nice to have around. We took late afternoon rides around the water way. Beautiful homes in that area.

Golf Castle Getaway

Property was great! We had a boys' golf trip to Arizona and it was nice that everyone got their own bed to sleep in. Lots of golf courses nearby too! We had a great time. Thank you to the hosts!

Castle Under the Sun

Absolutely stunning, house has many amazing features to accommodate a large group. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi makes this home feel like a resort. Kitchen is large and spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and accommodating. Pontoon is an added bonus. All of us enjoyed our stay, this home is located within 6 minutes of a lot of great restaurants and shopping centers.

This has to be one of the most beautiful places to stay in Phoenix! Came down for our daughter’s volleyball tournament and we’re just blown away with the property. From the swimming pool to the beautiful lake setting with the pontoon boat! Mike was very responsive to everything we needed. Beautiful property highly recommended.

Amazing House in a great location

The house was amazing. Huge and well maintained. We loved getting up and making group breakfast, then lounging by the pool or relaxing on the couch. Mike and Dora were great communicators and the House Rules were easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again. A++

Golf Vacation

We had 8 golfers and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom. The house was very clean and in a good location. Pontoon boat was a bonus. Great communication with the owner. Answered my questions by text or email. Overall, an excellent experience!!!!

Great House Phoenix Area

I absolutely loved my stay at this property! The house was exceptionally clean, featured a nice view, and was wonderfully quiet. With eight bedrooms (yes, eight!), it’s perfect for large groups. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly, and having a pontoon boat right in the backyard added to the fun. My only minor issues were the hot tub switch, which flopped around without heating properly, and a brief hiccup with an expired credit card payment. Despite these small concerns, I’d highly recommend this place—especially for big families or groups looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

Lake View Castle

The house was great. We had 8 men for a golf weekend and each had their own bedroom. There was plenty of room for all. Everyone was comfortable. It was very clean with no problems at all. The location was perfect for the courses we wanted to play. We have rented from VRBO for years and have not had a better communication experience than we had with Mike the owner. We are already planning our trip for next year and plan to book it again. Excellent host. Mike W.

Family celebrations

We rented this home because we needed enough bedrooms and bathrooms so our immediate family could be together for the week. We planned a celebration of my dad’s 100th birthday and the home was the perfect place. The hot tub and pool were wonderful. This home was large enough for our family and my 5 siblings and their family’s to enjoy one another. The kitchen was wonderfully supplied. Having 2 washers /dryers were key also. Two refrigerators made food prep less stressful. Only one oven was trickier but we managed. We loved the location! Each evening we took boat rides around the lake. So peaceful 💞 We went on walks, hikes and enjoyed the pool every single day! Mike & Dora were excellent hosts. Answering any and all our questions. We’d definitely stay there again!

The owner canceled on our arrival day!!

Hours before we could check in the stay was canceled by the owner.I learned that via the VRBO app.No call, no text from the owner! I tried to contact the owner, their mailbox was full, sent messages- no reply!We were a larger group of people from Germany, Chicago, Massachusetts, Arizona and needed a new place the same day.With exceptional help from VRBO Help center we found something even better!Don’t get me wrong - I visited the place prior to our trip, I spoke to the owner. The place itself is beautiful! It would have met all our needs but the same day cancellation for what ever reason without contacting me was unacceptable!

I hate posting negative reviews but Im going tonshare all my thoughts in case it helps someone else. We had 13 family members at the property for a long weekend ages 3-57. There was a nice supply of paper products and coffee supplies. The bedroom locations worked well for us. The kitchen has the basics but not a lot of flatware.There were some sticky spots on the entry area tile when we arrived. The garage and patio areas could use a good rinsing off. The beds weren't very comfortable, but the bedding was nice. The pool and hot tub were nice but instructions for the hot tub would have been helpful. Having access to the boat was a nice perk but we weren't at the house a lot and didn't get to use it much. We did find a pretty large piece of glass in the living room throw rug. The downstairs master shower is small and the shower head is stuck on one mode. As a short person I wasn't able to be in the spray without my head under it as there really weren't any adjustment options with the size of the shower. It wasn't really an issue for us but could be for someone else. The only places we could all hang out as a group was the kitchen/dining area or outside. We would only stay again if the beds were updated.
