We are located on the Orange tree golf course and within minutes from high end dining and shopping at Scottsdale Quarter and Keirlend Commons.

- We strongly enforce Airbnb's rules and regulations against parties, maximum occupancy and noise ordinance.



- Pets allowed with additional $200 fee/Per pet/per stay



- Late check out (if available) $400 additional fee



- Early check in (if available) $400 additional fee



- Pool heating available by additional fee; $100 a night. Pool heat is turned on prior to check in and turned off after check out. The fee is charged for the same amount of nights as your full reservation.
