SCOTTSDALE DYNAMITE DELIGHT is an exquisite 8 BR, 5 BA, 3500 sq foot single story home that sleeps 22 situated on a large lot in N. Scottsdale. Located in the Sonoran Desert, our home has magnificent views of the McDowell Mountains, vast green spaces with desert vegetation and spectacular sunsets. The private backyard is oasis of activities and amenities: pool with optional heat, hot tub, pickleball court with paddles, basketball hoop, putting green, gas fireplace and fire pit, outdoor dining table on covered patio, bar, gas grill, heaters and corn hole. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F.

Home is well appointed with many new upgrades both inside and out. Open floor plan features a great room with a TV, pool table and foosball as well as comfy sitting areas. The great room has new doors that access and provide views of the backyard paradise.

Spacious and modern kitchen is completely stocked and has generous counter space for prepping and serving home cooked feasts. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. Bright and roomy kitchen with table seating for many will be a favorite gathering area for your crowd. Kitchen opens into dining area with additional table seating.

~ SWEET DREAMS in N. SCOTTSDALE ~
Home sleeps 22: No need to argue over sleeping quarters as ALL bedrooms have king beds, TVs and new vinyl floors. Front bedroom has 2 king beds and Bedrooms 7 and 8 have newly added bunk beds in addition to the king beds.

The primary suite has a desk for your remote work, walk-in closet, sitting area, ceiling fan and en suite bath with a snail shower, Jacuzzi tub and dual vanity sinks.

The front bedroom has two king beds. Bathrooms 2 and 3 feature a tub-shower combo and are shared between Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Bedrooms 7 and 8 have king beds, bunk beds and en suite baths with walk-in showers.

Laundry room is separate and stocked to help you keep your wardrobe ready for every adventure. A second fridge has been added for chilling overflow groceries and beverages. There is ample parking along front and side of the home for 5 vehicles. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

~ PRIVATE DESERT PARADISE ~
The backyard is the place to be and especially if you enjoy an active lifestyle and resort amenities. The covered patio with dining table is the place to eat, drink and be merry. The newly added pool with optional heat offers year round splashes on sunny days; the built-in hot tub is ready for romantic moments with that special someone. A gas fireplace, fire pit and heaters will warm you on cool evenings; there is a barbecue grill to please the outdoor chef.

Come with your game face on because the backyard is an extravaganza of games that include a putting green for warming up your best shots, corn hole and pickleball (paddles included). It's easy to say there is something for everyone in this private paradise!

Views of the mountains and lush desert vegetation are magnificent from all angles. Binoculars, cameras and field guides are a must for those who love nature! ~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 22 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of twenty-two (22).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.

The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Spa heating only with no pool heating is $30.00 per night, October 1 through April 30. There is a 4 night minimum.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
