Peaceful 2bd/2ba Beachfront Condo w/ Balcony!

Enjoy refreshing sunrises and magical sunsets from our two-bed, two-bath, 1,080 square foot, 4th-floor beachfront condo. Located in the Dunes of Panama resort, the condo is in the quieter area of PCB yet still close to all the main attractions and great local food making it the perfect family-friendly vacation condo!

Cast-A-Waves Condo is the perfect place to cast your worries into the waves of the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. You'll be steps from the soft sand and warm water. If you prefer not to get sand...well...Everywhere, you'll have access to three pools, one heated seasonally with a poolside tiki bar for drinks and snacks, as well as many other on-site amenities!

We will provide our Touch Stay electronic guestbook upon booking, and it will provide detailed information about our condo and the PCB area!

The Kitchen is fully stocked! It includes:

-Plates, bowls, cups (including mugs), silverware, and adult beverage glasses of all kinds.

-Pots, Pans, baking pans, many cooking utensils, and spice rack

-Coffee Maker (drip and single serve combo), instant kettle, blender, and toaster

The Living Area TV has a Roku streaming device, including Firedog cable. We also provide a Pack-and-Play for the little ones. Each bedroom has a TV with a Roku and Firedog cable.

To enjoy the Beach, we provide:

-2 Beach chairs with Umbrella

-Sandcastle building toys

-Pickleball paddles and balls (can be used on the courts too!)

-Beach Buggy wagon

-Collapsible cooler to hold up to 30 Be...Drinks.

-Home Rules-

#1 Respect our Home

Any extra cleaning fees charged by our housekeepers due to excessive damage, trash, or lack of care will be charged to the guests. Please respect our home and the guests after you by maintaining overall cleanliness during your stay.

#2 Security Deposit and Rental Agreement

All guests are required to e-sign our rental agreement and provide contact and credit card information for the $500 security deposit upon booking. All information is filled out via a secure platform. Security Deposit hold will take place two days before check-in and be released seven days following check-out if there are no damages.

#3 No Pets

Pets are not allowed at the property. We love our pets and know how hard it is to leave them behind. However, we cannot risk the health and safety of our guests that may have pet allergies aggravated by the previous guests' pets. A pet cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if evidence of pets inside the condo is noticed.

#4 No Parties

No parties are allowed at the property. There is a maximum occupancy of 8 in the unit for safety reasons. Any unregistered guest that stays overnight at the condo will incur a $50 fee per visitor per night. Any incident resulting in a visit from the authorities will result in an immediate vacating of the property, forfeiture of all money paid, including security deposit, and the fee assessed per unregistered guest.

#5 No Smoking or Illegal Substances

No smoking in the unit, on the balcony, or walkways of the building. There are cigarette smoke detectors in the unit that detect the presence of cigarette and pipe smoke. Any evidence of smoking in the unit or on the balcony will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit plus any additional cleaning fee charged by the housekeepers.

Illegal substances are not allowed on the property, used or not. Any evidence of illicit substances or visit from the authorities due to substance use will result in forfeiture of all money paid, including the security deposit plus any additional cleaning fee charged by the housekeepers.

#6 Must be 25 years or older to book

No person under the age of 25 is authorized to book the property. All children shall be accompanied by an adult while in the unit or the common spaces of the complex. Children do count towards the number of occupants. In the event of an incident involving unaccompanied children, the guests will have to vacate the property without a refund.

#7 Do Not Re-arrange

Furniture or appliances are not to be rearranged or moved. Small countertop appliances may be moved if required while preparing food. Any small appliance must be replaced to its original location before checkout. Any additional fee charged by the housekeepers to return furniture or appliances to their original position will be charged to the guest.

#8 Check-In and Check-Out

Any cost associated with a refund, cancellation, or delayed check-in caused by late check-out will be charged to the outgoing guest. Check-in and Check-out time is strictly enforced. Any extension to check-in or check-out times will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and must be coordinated and approved. Personalized deadbolt PINs will only activate and work from check-in through check-out time.

#9 Excessive Damages

The guest agrees to pay for any damages not fully covered by the security deposit.

#10 Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 pm through 7 am. Any complaint from neighbors or the HOA of excessive noise will result in the guest being asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

#11 Respect our Towels and Sheets

Make-up, face creams, and tanning products can stain or bleach our towels. Please use the provided makeup removal cloths to ensure future guests have towels available. Please do not eat or drink items that can stain sheets in our beds (wine, spaghetti, etc.). Any unrecoverable stains or damage to the towels or sheets not associated with normal wear and tear will incur a fee at two times the retail cost per item charged to the guest.

#12 Mechanical Failures and Acts of Nature

No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, elevators, or any failure of electrical services, plumbing, Wi-Fi, audiovisual, etc. outside of the owner's control. The owner will make every reasonable effort to ensure that appliances will be and remain in good working order. If a failure requires immediate service, the guest agrees to grant the owner, or owner-appointed representative, access to the property for purposes of maintenance and repair. The owner is not liable for any inconvenience that may occur. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to the failure of such items. No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
