Located approximately 4 miles to Fort Myers beach and 6 miles to Sanibel island. Just a few miles to JetBlue park. In a perfect location! Close to restaurants, shopping, attractions… Very close to the pool (2 mins) and located directly overlooking a preserve for privacy in your lanai.
Single car garage (optional) but enough room for 2 cars in the driveway and additional guest parking. Minimum of one month but would prefer 2-3 month rental.

Why they chose this property

My condo’ lanai overlooks a preserve. Lots of nature and a nice quiet view. Morning coffee is wonderful!
Also, very close to our pool. Gated community makes you feel safe. Everyone is vetted with required background checks and Cori reports.

What makes this property unique

A hidden gem located in the heart of health park! A hospital is right outside the gate along with specialist in individual services. Assisted living facility is just outside the gate too.
