It is in prime location to the heart and soul of Santa Fe. Just walk 4 blocks up and you are in the heart of Santa Fe. In this super quiet area you will be in walking distance to coffee shops, fabulous eateries, the Railyard (an area of arts, entertainment, dining and shopping), the downtown square, and numerous galleries. Free parking is available directly in front of the residence. This two story, two bedroom clean home has been recently redone in the Santa Fe style. It is filled with art, culture and an appreciation of comfort and style. This home has received rave reviews from guests around the world. All utilities included. Washer/dryer, high speed internet. Free parking available directly in front of residence. No smoking, vaping. one months rent deposit (refundable). Lease is for two months, February and March of 2024. 1st month payment due when lease is signed. 2nd month due the first of March. The owner of the property is available to discuss any questions you might have.
