The location was great. Valet parking was busy, but they moved it along very well. Pool was amazing and the beach access was right there.

The property was well furnished and very clean. The location is great, and the beach and walking/bike path was a lot of fun. Pool was still closed, but not a big deal for us. The 2 coffee/stores/food places were extremely convenient!
The property is in a great location as it is right on the ocean. It has a large pool which our kids really enjoyed. The building is enormous and needs to upgrade the AC. The management company did everything they could to help us with our individual needs.

Location was great- views great as well. Check in was long and desk staff not friendly. Did not have enough blankets for 6 of us on the first night and said they couldn’t get us more until the next morning even though I registered 6 guests. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The apartment was roomy and well laid out. Very comfortable with plenty of seating. Everything was supplied that was needed. Great location for restaurant, beach, etc. The only downside we had was the valet parking was a nightmare. Upside, the vacation group responded immediately to my email. Lesson learned if you want to go to Miami plan to Uber or pay to park in a lot and get your car yourself.

Property is in prime Miami Beach. The rooms are spacious and the ceilings high. Kitchen was right but workable. My issue was that during our stay the AC did not work AND there were ants all over the kitchen… To the point that we had to toss food out due to the infestation. The temperature inside the until was consistently above 80, for the entire six days we stayed. We were texting with property owner. They sent their maintenance guy but he had no knowledge of this complex AC stuff so nothing was fixed. My kids could hardly stay in the unit. We had them eating outside in the hallway since that had AC. At times, owner went hours just ignoring us and not replying to our messages and photos of high temperature in unit. I am not going through my credit card company to dispute the stay. This was dangerous. Such a shame because the property is so nice and location so great. I wish this could have been better.

Throughout your stay, we remained in communication with you and responded to your messages, including sending maintenance to address the A/C concern. The building’s A/C system is centrally managed, which can limit immediate on-site repairs, but we did take action as quickly as possible within those constraints.
Regarding the ants, we addressed this promptly by arranging treatment, which is standard in a tropical climate like Miami, especially when food is left out.
We understand that these issues were frustrating, but we did make consistent efforts to assist during your stay. We always encourage guests to allow us the opportunity to fully resolve concerns in real time so we can ensure a more comfortable experience.
That said, we regret that your experience was impacted and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving.

This was an amazing place to stay! Although the condo was a bit older and needs a bit of updating, the rooms were very spacious and confortable. The kitchen had all of the essentials which allowed us to make some meals at home. They also had beach towels, chairs and beach umbrella, so no need to bring your own and a washer and dryer to do laundry. Unfortunately the pool was under construction but we really didn't need it as the ocean was literally in our backyard! The view from our balconies were amazing, and that's where we spent our evenings. Location-wise, it was central to everything, 20-30 min from most sightseeing attractions. Staff was very friendly and accomodating, and quick to respond. We would definitely book this place again in a heartbeatheartbeat. Thank you Blue Vacation Rentals and staff for a super experience!

I was there PH15 last Christmas and the air conditioning was so so but acceptable but now in summer time it was completely broken and the temperature rised to 91 degrees Fahrenheit ! The building has not technicians at all ,only handymen .-Vanessa who represents the host gave me another small apartment to be use for sleeping

The worst part of my stay was that our room was 85 degrees and when we reached out to both the host and VRBO there was no response. On multiple occasions VRBO said they would get with the host and then never responded after that. The place is outdated and the bedding smelled as though it was not washed. The room was very musty due to the ac not functioning properly. The people who work at the property are extremely rude as well. Definitely not a pleasant experience at this property.

The property was outdated. The room itself was ok and liked the double shower option in one of the bedrooms. However, their was a terrible moldy smell. I had to buy swifter pads and deodorizer stick to try and help with the smell. The water pressure was terrible and at one point so low it just shut off mid shower.The ac did not work during the day and temperature got up to 86 inside. And only one small portable fan. At night was the only time it seemed to cool down. The views were about the only best part of the room. There was sufficient utensils and pots and pans for cooking.The valet at the hotel was terrible as far as wait times both bringing in and leaving. Be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes waiting. They even somehow lost a guests car!I dont not recommend this place, and will not be staying there again.

As for the valet, we understand how frustrating the wait times can be. Unfortunately, valet is managed independently by the building, but we do report all guest concerns in hopes of improving the service.

The pictures were completely deceiving. We couldnt stay both nights. It was dirty, the master shower had used soap, black hairs on the walls and mold on the shower mat. The toilet was leaking. The main bathroom had a horrible pungent odor of urine. There was what I hope was make up on the pillows in the master bedroom. There was something questionable in the vents outside of the kitchen and black mold in the hand sanitizer. i contacted the owner with pictures due to these issues and was toldshe would send maintance up but we could not stay. Also it may be oceanand beach front but there is no panoramic ocean view unless you lean over thr balcony. Very disappointed.
