Endless relaxation! 5-star house/SE/3BR/2BA/bikes/pool

Hi, I’m 37 years old, self-employed, and originally from Germany. I love to travel and truly enjoy meeting people from different cultures. Family is very important to me—I have one daughter who means the world to me—and I’m passionate about the work I do.

As a host, I genuinely care about my guests and want them to feel comfortable and welcome. I’m always available and will do everything possible to quickly solve any issues and make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Our neighborhood and the downtown area are wonderful for walking or biking. The Cape Coral beach area, yacht club pool, and Boathouse tiki bar are also just a short bike ride away.

Boaters, Caloosa boat rentals is just a few minutes away, and you can rent a boat and quickly head out in the open waters.

The house is also only a few minutes from the bridge that connects to Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available. You and your guests will have full private access to the entire house, pool, yard & outdoor space.

* GUEST WIFI
The WiFi network is 3910. You will get the password from VRBO. If you do not for any reason, please feel free to message me. Also, there is an information book by the TV that shows the WiFi name and password.

* CHECK-IN TIMES
Check-in time is 4 p.m. or later.
Check-out time is 10 a.m. at the latest.
(Please be aware that cleaning and unit turnover typically takes approximately 3-4 hours between guests.)

* BBQ
There is a BBQ propane grill on the patio out back of the house. Please clean the grates and dripping pan, make sure the propane valve is turned off and put the cover back on prior to checking out. If it runs out for any reason, please contact us through the VRBO messenger app, and we will respond quickly.

POOL
The pool heater is set to 85* (winter months only) and should not be altered. The heater and pool pump both run from about 9 a.m. til 5 p.m. The heater only heats throughout that time, and the timer can also NOT be altered.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU SEE THAT THE SKIMMER IS NOT HALFWAY COVERED WITH WATER, PLEASE FILL UP THE POOL WITH THE PROVIDED HOSE AND TIMER. 1 TO 2 HOURS SHOULD USUALLY PUT THE LEVEL BACK TO ITS NORMAL HEIGHT.
