Welcome to your private paradise at Villa Endless Summer!
Enjoy the Florida Lifestyle! This home offers a large Master bedroom with king bed and has access to the lanai, a flat screen TV, walk-in closet, large on suite master bath with 2 vanities, soaking Tub, separate toilet, and a walk-in shower. The living room also offers a large sectional couch and flat screen TV with slider doors opening to the lanai and the large kitchen is great for making your vacation meals. Dine at the breakfast bar, breakfast nook, dining area or lanai. Off the kitchen are 2 other bedrooms and Guest/pool bath. One queen bedroom with and Flat screen TV and the 3rd bedroom has king bed with flat screen TV.
The pool area offers plenty of space for dining and lounging. There is a BBQ Grill for those delicious steaks or burgers. Enjoy our extensive Gulf Access canal view, rent a boat, and dock it at the dock in the back yard, or fish from the dock. Stay and make your Florida Dreams at Villa Endless Summer! Extremely nice villa. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Nice quiet area. We loved it!The only issue we had was on check in when unfortunately we tried to open the incorrect lock box. However Caroline quickly sorted us out.( For the future, maybe remove or blank off the old lock box?)Would love to stay again.

Great location

It was 2 couples, house is set up perfectly for us! Beds comfortable pool nice and warm. Only concern would be the girls outside by the pool, they do warn you it’s slippery and it is for sure!! Would highly recommend this house to anyone

Beautiful!

The property was beautiful and reflected what the listing showed. We had a hard time getting in the first night, the lockbox didn't work and we had to get a hotel because the service number wasn't responding. However, the owner credited a night for us. This was the only downside, otherwise the property was lovely! Would stay here again!

Gorgeous waterfront oasis

Gorgeous home on a spectacular peaceful canal. Couldnt be any more relaxing. We LOVED the home overall, had a couple small mechanical issues in the primary bath which we let the property manager know. She was very quick to reply. They were not a bother to us but she was quick to address the issues. The kitchen is very well stocked, grill was clean & full of gas, pool was chilly but to be expected in Jan. It did warm up on the 3rd day (heated). Comfy beds & living room couch. Wonderful neighborhood for morning & evening walks, friendly neighbor across the street. Grocery stores, Walmart, CVS/Walgreens, gas stations are all within 8 min drive. Favorite ice cream shops we found were Holy Moly Ice Cream "Spaghy's" & Sweet Spot. Both were excellent. Would definitely rebook again!

Needs a few upgrades::. Badly stained/dirty sunning chairs around pool. Loud screeching noise when turning on/off shower in master bath. Rusted out bbq that doesn't hold temperature. One cookie sheet for cooking that doesn't fit oven properly Stayed for a month and no cleaning supplies or even a mop. On plus side: Great check in/out process, great location, beautiful pool, comfortable beds, nice dining areas,

Beautiful home but somewhat dated, however found dead roach Rolled up in a towel, sofas in living room in bad condition needs replacing, house got really warm (79/80) two days before checkout, couldn’t adjust thermostat , sent email to contact person who never responded, wasn’t happy about taking pics of electric meter upon arriving & leaving, monitoring the amount of electrical usage & worried about going over daily allowance & having to pay, a lot of pressure there! Pool Lounge chairs needs cleaning, very dirty & miscommunication about garbage pickup day, hope this is helpful in getting these Issues resolved for the next quests

Family vacation

Wonderful stay in this amazing home. The home is exactly like the photographs. It is amazing. The home was spotless when we arrived. The pool was wonderful. My son did some great fishing right off the dock in the back. We loved every minute.

this is a lovely property in the Rose Garden area of Cape Coral, it's close to shopping, restaurants and the house is great...good layout, nice amenities, very clean and comfortable. The check in was effortless, and our stay was very enjoyable, we would definitely stay there again.
