Relax and unwind in this beautiful newly renovated condo. Sitting on the top floor of the building, the views from the DIRECT OCEAN FRONT balcony are simply breathtaking!! Views from both the front and back of the unit. Standing in the kitchen, you can watch the waves crash on the beach, or turn around and look out at the Banana River! Begin your vacation by choosing one of many parking spots right outside the front doors to the building. Ride the elevator up to the top floor and enjoy the 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom space that has been renovated top to bottom!
Each bedroom is it's own suite with the bedroom and bathroom that can be closed off to the main living area! The master bedroom has a King size bed, 8ft sliders that look out DIRECTLY to the ocean! The master also has a huge walk in closet, and ensuite bath with walk in shower, and double vanity.
The second bedroom has two Twin beds, that can also be pushed together to convert to one King bed if desired! Conversion Kit and Extra Bedding Supplied!
The kitchen has everything you need for your month long (or longer!) stay including stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, large fridge with water and ice options on the door, Large pantry to store food, and fully stocked with anything you may need during your stay!
Large Smart TV's in both the living room and master bedroom that allows you to watch your favorite show on Netflix/You Tube/ Prime etc.. or just tune into the numerous cable channels available!
The Property has a heated pool, sauna, gas BBQ area, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts and Private Beach Access!
Enjoy being just minutes from Publix, Walmart, ABC, Ron John's, Restaurants and more!
Wanting to hop on a cruise? Or watch a rocket launch? Port Canaveral is less than 10 minutes away, so be sure to google the cruise ship schedule to watch them leave from the port right from your balcony!

A wonderful condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and at a great location in Cocoa Beach. There was a Publix Grocery, a few Restaurants, and a Dollar Store across the street from the Complex by a Stop Light. We were on the seventh floor, so the views of the ocean were spectacular. The complex also had a great heated pool. The owners were wonderful and we would love to rent again.

As Canadians we were always looking for the warmer air to vacation in! We started coming to Cocoa Beach to vacation over 10 years ago, and fell in love with the area. We decided to buy a rental property in 2017 and loved every minute of sharing our place with guests! Although we loved our last place, we were looking for somewhere with direct ocean views and closer to all the shops, and restaurants. We fell in love with this new place and can't wait to share it with our guests!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is so close to everything! There is a Publix right across the street! Everything you need is less than 10 minutes away, with a lot you can walk to if you desire! The building is immaculate and quiet, a perfect place to relax and enjoy your surroundings! We love that the building is set back from the noise of A1A, right next to the beach, and there is private access to the beach right from the pool area!

What makes this property unique

Our unit can accommodate guests of all ages, and abilities. There are two elevators to get you up to our 7th floor unit. The unit itself is all one level so NO STAIRS! The building even provides shopping carts and luggage racks to help you get everything from your car to your unit without having to physically carry it!
The building is very secure, and requires a key to access the elevator, stairwells, pool area and clubhouse - plus there is management on site to assist with any concerns or questions!
This property has soooo many features that will make you want to stay here year after year! It's on the top floor of the building with a large balcony with direct ocean views. The 1200sq ft unit has been fully renovated from top to bottom with new appliances, new furniture and linens. The heated pool is large and surrounded by loungers and tables to relax on in the sun or the shade, whichever you prefer!
The location is just North of busy Downtown Cocoa Beach, so you can escape to the quiet sound of the waves crashing on the beach, but close enough to get there in minutes when you want a good bite to eat, or walk through the shops!
