Wonderful amenities and central location to enjoy all Las Vegas has to offer. Pets are allowed with a fee. Please inquire for details. Community is very dog friendly and has 2 fenced dog parks within the community.

This condo is located in a fantastic location to enjoy all Las Vegas has to offer. You will be 10 minutes from Downtown/Freemont Street, 15 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip and 15 minutes to Red Rock Canyon while staying in a comfortable, fully furnished condo (825 sq. feet).

The entire unit has been fully updated featuring beautiful tile floors and granite countertops. The large bathroom provides a spa-like experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook full meals. A full size washer and dryer are provided in the condo. The balcony provides a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or unwind after a long day. A covered parking space is provided. The unit is on the 2nd (top) floor of the building.

Everything needed is within walking distance including several grocery stores (Trader Joes), department stores, restaurants, nail salons and several parks with walking/jogging paths, tennis, fitness equipment and more.

High-speed WiFi is available in the unit. Cable television is provided in the living room and bedroom on flat-screen HDTVs. The living room is equipped with a Blu-Ray player.

24/7 access to the hot tub; pool is seasonal and generally open sometime in March to October

Excellent place to stay

Nice safe & quiet location. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy access to main highways. Condo was well furnished. Owner was friendly and responsive to our questions.

all the way from maine

we've stayed here in the winter many times and will be back again next year. this year was cut short by all the craziness. we left 9 days early as las vegas shut down. anyway , the first day the microwave oven died. an email to joanne and the repair man was there in the afternoon and the oven replaced the next day. good job joanne. as usual she is alway nice..greg and bernadette

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is very well equipped, it has everything you can ever think of. This is a real home, you can really tell that the owners use this vacation home for them self, they have put a lot of effort in making this a cozy plaze. It acually looks better in real life than on the pictures. It was super clean. The area is quiet and safe, and we became good friends with one of the neighboors. The owner is very helpful and friendly. We will rent this place again next time we are in Vegas.

winter get away

we drive 3000 miles from maine to get to this condo. we always find it clean and comfortable. we stay for two months. we had one plumbing problem during our stay and joanne had it repaired within hours. missed the hot tub this year, hopefully it will be back on next winter. it was down for repair this year..thanks so much...greg and bernadette

Great Getaway

This is a great condo. It is beautifully furnished & decorated. All the necessities are there and the amenities are great. There are several tour books for all kinds of Las Vegas activities & sights that are a very nice touch & very helpful. The location is very central to all sights, shopping, city parks, churches, etc. Joanne, the owner is very helpful with any questions. We love the property and hope to come back again.

arrived early and found the unit ready. the owner actually emailed us and said we could check in early so we did. found it very clean and all was good . this was our third time using the condo and are all scheduled for next winter. thanks so much joanne..greg and bernadette.

Great home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay. Great condo, well equipped for our needs, close to shopping, restaurants and a great park. The owner is really great. Every time I had a question it was answered practically within an hour. Would highly recommend this stay.

Great place

We had a very comfortable stay in the condo. Quiet location, full kitchen, covered parking, and swimming pool in a gated community. Within easy travelling of food stores, eateries and petrol. Apart from visiting the Strip, it acted as a good base for travelling - we went to Death Valley, California, Arizona, Area 51, and many other places. Far better than using a hotel room. Condo instructions, TV channels, travel books, wifi etc all provided with care and attention by the owner. All in all, a great and cost effective place to stay, away from the Strip and within the local community. A home from home.
