The townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Suncrest area of Morgantown, close to everywhere you want to be. WIthin a 5 minute drive to Suncrest Town Center, University Town Center , The Coliseum, WVU stadium/Mountaineer Field, downtown Morgantown and Lots of local hangouts: bars and restaurants and shops. Can't beat this location! There is also access just up the road to the Rail Trail, if biking, walking, jogging is your thing. Don't miss Terra Cafe, if you choose to head out on the Rail Trail!

Access is granted through a smartlock which is attached to an app called August Home. You will receive instructions via text message within a week prior to your stay.

The townhouse is located on 3 levels. The entrance and garage on ground level. Go up one flight of stairs to the first floor, where you'll find the kitchen/dining area, living room, deck and a full bathroom. Go up one more flight of stairs to find the 3 bedrooms and 2 more full bathrooms. There are hand railings on both sets of stairs.

There are 2 sets of stairs, but both have handrails. Smart Tv's in all bedrooms and living room. Disney + included
