Located at the exclusive Isla Verde área, 7 minutes from the International Airport Luis A Muñoz Marín. Between the exclusive Hotel San Juan, Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Intercontinental Hotel.
Direct access to the Isla Verde beach where you can found
Jet ski rental, kayak rental and many other water sports.
The facilities have gym, coin laundry, game room, arcade room, billards, cocktail londge , restaurant, conveniente store and one assigned indoor parking. To enyoy a delicious meal in the best places nears is Lupis, Chilli's, Ruth Chris, Jimmy's Bbq, Yamato and Meat Market Restaurant.

Sisters' trip

The apartment had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. The view was awesome and the beach great. The security made us feel very safe. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Wonderful stay.

PERFECT VACATION

Great place to stay

This property is very nice. Accurate listing; what you see is what you goet. First thing you notice is the view. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. Full sized refrigerator held all of our beverages and food. Very clean shower and bathroom. We will look for this property when next we visit.

Amazing

This Apartment was located in the perfect spot, the view was amazing and so was the room! We had an amazing time here, beach access is right in lobby, everything is clean and host responds right away! This will be our go to spot for now on whenever we come back to Puerto Rico! Exactly as shown in pictures! The only thing I would recommend for the host would be to put a broom in the room because we felt bad leaving some sand behind.

Amazing Stay

We have traveled now for ten years to Puerto Rico. This year staying at Fernando's condo was that best!! The condo is beautiful! Fernando, thank you for creating such an amazing space in the ESJ. Thank you for being so great and always being available if we had an questions. We are looking forward to returning next year. Our time there was perfect!

Great Vacation!

Our vacation at Fernando's Condo was wonderful. The view from the room and balcony was a WOW..... Fernando meet us when we arrived and made sure everything was to our liking. He was very easy to work with. When it was time to leave his wife meet us to give back our damage deposit. She was also very kind. If you come to Puerto Rico I would recommend this condo .

We really loved the view. The pictures matched the view and the room. There is coin laundry available in the basement level. The beds were alittle to firm for comfort. The beds need to be updated to memory foam. The pool would've been nice vs looking at the property next door pool. The room had 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and a cooler. The Cafe in the lobby was okay for a quick snack or sandwich. The property staff was very friendly and helpful. The host was very attentive with things that needed to be addressed. The kitchen area was fully equipment if you want to utilize the stove for cooking. The A/C worked Great! We never used the wifi and cable on the smart tv. So, I can't comment on the level of quality. Overall our stay was Great

Beutiful Studio- Great Owner

We just came back from a week stay in this beautiful studio. The studio is very specious, clean and equipped with everything you may need. Located in very safe building, on the beautiful beach with amazing view, close to grocery stores and restaurants this condo gives you all you need to have a wonderful vacation. Fernando is very professional owner who provides excellent service.He waits for you in the front of building, provides detailed list of all restaurants near the building, list of all amenities in the building and takes you to airport after your stay. We did not have a single problem during our stay that needed his assistance but we are positive that he will address them immediately if you have any. We would highly recommend this studio to our friends and will visit it again for sure.

AMAZING

Let me begin by saying that you get a MILLION $$$$ view for not a MILLION $$$$! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. I was born in P.R. and been going back since the 80s and I can tell you this apartment could not be any more convenient. The apartment is beautiful everything works and THE VIEW is Perfect. Steps to the best beach, pool, convenient store in the building, bar, restaurant and concierge service. Plus the strip of Isla Verde has everything you could ever need from bars, restaurants, pharmacy, casinos, grocery stores to tattoo parlor if you need one. Fernando goes out of his way to help you in any way he can. He even text me couple of times while on my vacation to make sure I didn’t need anything. I recommend this apartment 100%. Thanks Fernando for making my stay in P.R. one of the best ones ever.

Wonderful place for a vacation, or work!!!

I stayed for one week in this beautiful studio. Fernando pays attention to details, making him a great host. He had cold water in the fridge and ice ready, and toiletries for the bathroom (soap, shampoo & conditioner). The studio is very clean, and is stocked with anything you may need (fridge, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, silverware & plates, ironing board, starch, iron, hair drier, towels for bath and beach), AC, TV and cable, and WIFI. The building is safe, you go through a security guard, then through a gate to the assigned underground parking spot. There is also a key for access to the beach. This condo is within walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, and Walgreens, and also near a grocery store. This condo is a great base camp to explore the island. You can also decide to stay in and enjoy the view, which is amazing! There was a small glitch with the internet, which Fernando took care of the very next day. I will definitely stay here again, if the unit is available!! iGracias Fernando!

Paradise!!!

I just came back from a quick trip to Puerto Rico and stayed at the perfect condo! The condo Is In EJS Towers on the 15th floor and has a beautiful Balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. The Condo Is right on the beach next to the El San Juan Hotel and Casino. [It's actually closer to the beach than the Hotels] The Condo has everything you need and the Owner "Fernando" Is amazing!! He picked me up at the Airport at 5:00 AM..... and dropped me off on my way back to Boston at 6:00 Pm on Tuesday evening. I have rented many condos and have never had the service that Fernando provided. The Condo has a great A/C ductless unit [I never used It.................I prefer the breeze and hearing the waves through the balcony doors. It was equipped with anything you could possibly need,[plates,pans,coffee maker,Iron,fridge,stove,Brita water filter,plasma TV,and,Internet. The Condo building has a little store,Bar,breakfast and lunch place,pool tables,Concierge,towel service,beautiful pool,walking distance to everything you could possibly want. The place was very clean and had plenty of room. Enjoy your trip and tell Fernando I said hi!!! Anthony

Nice place... Will be lovely once the building is renovated

The unit itself is nice, well equipped, the WiFi worked and the view is spectacular. The beds are not too comfy and the bedding and pillows are ready for an upgrade. The only real issue we had with the apartment was that the shower curtain was really tricky to put into place correctly and almost always would let water out so the floor got wet. There's plenty of towels in the unit, so we just resorted to place some on the floor; not a big deal but not ideal. Communication with the owner was prompt. The reason why we give this 3 stars and not more is that it wasn't until 2 hours before we arrived that the owner sent a text message saying that he just found out the pool was closed for renovations as well and renovations taking place in the entire hall on our floor. He mentioned that it was miscommunication from his HOA but I still feel that as an owner, it was his responsibility to stay on top of the facilities available. WE WOULD HAVE NOT STAYED HERE HAD WE KNOWN THIS AHEAD OF TIME. There was a lot of noise due to the renovations and even when you were at the beach, all you could hear was the work going on. The staff by the beach bar was really nice and they tried to "cover" the noise by playing music but unfortunately it probably just made it worse. It was also a pain that even the outdoor showers coming back from the beach were not in service so we had to come back in full of sand. The renovations of the hall made it look like something out of a horror film. The lobby is nice and modern and although we didn't try any of the onsite restaurants, it's still convenient to have. The parking area was dark during the day since it's underground and during the day, about half of the lights were off, but there was plenty of security so we always felt safe. The building's location is great. We understand that the Island suffered a lot of damage after the hurricane so we tried to make the best of it. The people's spirit is still alive and ready to raise. Old San Juan is still as beautiful as ever. Nature is recovering faster than you can imagine. We look forward to coming back once the Island is in better shape and would considered staying here again if we are able to confirm that all the facilities are available as advertised.

Great stay overall

Had a good stay with my family. Pool and laundry room were being serviced at the time we stayed. We usually like to wash all clothe used and bring it back clean, but we made it to a friendly laundromat 10 min away and took care of it. After all things do break or need service at any given time. Only thing I would recommend is to add a couple beach chairs, cooler and maybe an umbrella and the place will be PERFECT
