Welcome to your perfect summer escape come unplug and unwind! This charming retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal style-just a short walk to the sand and surf. everything you need for relaxing and fun-filled stay. Nestled on the south end away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to shopping and dining. You'll love this charming newly renovated 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse, it has a beachy cottage feel with lots of amenities. It offers plenty of free parking, an enclosed outdoor shower and 4 beach badges. There is an enclosed porch for relaxing after a day at the beach. Come make memories at the jersey shore let us host you.

Excellent vacation rental!

We loved the house and surrounding area. Also, the town was very friendly and welcoming to visitors! I would highly recommend staying here and note it is pet friendly.

Perfect location for our yearly vacation. 4 x 4 access is a minute away if you have a permit. Host was very attentive and on time with communication. One suggestion would be to have some outdoor furniture for the back yard. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Fantastic Gem

Wonderful place, perfect location in a nice quiet neighborhood, quick drive to stores, restaurants and AC. Family had plenty room to rest and relax with all the amenities to feel like at home. Definitely would stay again.

Great getaway!

Great property! Spacious, clean, and awesome outdoor shower! This adorable house provided sheets and bath towels, which made the experience even better! The yard was fenced in and had outdoor seating, and a bbq! Beautiful place which made for a fantastic beach getaway!

Awesome time

This is our second year coming down here and it was nothing short of amazing. House is in a beautiful quiet part of the island. The front porch is amazing for late night hangouts. Outdoor shower is a huge bonus after being at the beach all day and they have everything you pretty much need to go to the beach with.

Great property!

We had a great trip staying at this property! Not far from the beach. House was very nice. The outdoor shower and included beach chairs was a huge bonus. Porch was great for hanging out with the family after a Long Beach day. Minutes from almost anything on the island and a short trip to AC if you want to get your gambling on.

We had an amazing time at this property. Extremely clean, spacious, fenced in backyard, grill, outside shower, quick walk to the beach, quiet yet friendly neighborhood, took in a couple of sunsets from the balcony. We will certainly be back again. The location of this property is right on point with everything you need close by.

This property has become a tradition for us now. 2 summers in a row we made sure to book here. The place has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation, always clean and plenty of room. The location is just a block away from the beach on the south end of the island. We love Brigantine and fell in love with this property last summer which is why we booked the property again for this summer. Sadly, our vacation is over now and wish it was next summer already. We’ll be booking this property for years to come.

Love this little bungalow

The place is very charming and homey. It’s walking distance to beach access! From the balcony you get a little view of the AC skyline! Close to a lot of things in town! I felt at home here. It was comfortable clean and cozy! I LOVED the fenced in yard! I live on 2 acres so it was so nice to let the dogs out without a leash! The neighborhood was really nice as well! Communication with Melissa and Tony was top notch! Thank you again for everything!

Such a lovely, relaxing retreat!

First off, our communuications with Melissa were wonderful! She was so lovely and responsive and accommodating. Truly amazing! When we arrived, the place is just as pictured and super clean and comfortable. We are a couple in our late 50's who came down with our son and girlfriend in their 20's. Place close to everything! We walked to one beach and drove to the restaurants and tge other beaches. We were only 15 minutes from A/C. Thank you Melissa for everything!

Our property is located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk to the beach and close to all attractions, restaurants, and shopping with minimal traffic. Bring a bike and ride the Atlantic City boardwalk to Ventnor Beach or explore the local shops. The NJ Transit bus runs 24 hours and passes right by the house, with a stop on the corner. It can take you to the Bay casinos or the Atlantic City terminal, conveniently located near the AC outlets.
