OK stay if there is no other alternative. Antiquated. Property not kept up well. No amenities. No outdoor grill, No outdoor umbrella or shade. Not even a coffee table in the living room. Suggest owner invest a few dollars in the place.

Unfortunately, we would not host this guest again. While we respect that every guest has different preferences, we do feel it's important to clarify several inaccurate statements made in this review. Our listing contains current, accurate photos of the home, furnishings, and amenities, allowing guests to see exactly what they are booking before making a reservation. We do not advertise amenities that are not provided. We take great pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept home, which is reflected in our many positive reviews from previous guests. During this stay, however, the guest arrived with three dogs after only declaring two. The home required an unusually extensive cleaning due to excessive pet hair throughout every room, including all furniture and bedding. Although only two bedrooms appeared to have been used, all five beds required laundering because the dogs had been on the linens. The turnover required two people over six hours to complete. Additionally, the guest repeatedly parked on the front lawn despite our clearly stated house rules and our messages requesting that the vehicle be moved. Those messages were ignored. We encourage future guests to review the listing photos, description, and house rules before booking to ensure the property is a good fit for their needs.
