This beautifully renovated 2nd floor condominium provides panoramic views in a serene atmosphere directly on the Gulf of Mexico. A corner wraparound balcony, abundant windows, master and living room views of the emerald waters, gently lapping at the white sand beach. This condo is on the quiet end of Okaloosa Island with peaceful ocean vistas just steps to a private beach. Two reserved beach chairs and service included in your stay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The Space
This is a two bedroom condo and features a large master suite with attached bathroom with a double vanity. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is ideal for families. The dining room has a large table with seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including coffee maker. The living room provides comfortable seating for six as well as a sofa sleeper. Best of all is the amazing Gulf view can be seen from almost anywhere in the space!

Great location and owners

We are natives of Colorado and thrilled to own this condo right on the Gulf! We have owned this property since November, 2022 and have really enjoyed hosting guests from all over the world! While at the condo we enjoy sitting and walking on the beach, playing pickleball and exploring everything the Emerald Coast has to offer. While in Colorado, Greg enjoys hunting and fishing and we all enjoy getting away to our beautiful mountains. We own a business (Fun City) in the beautiful mountain town of Estes Park, just outside Rocky Mountain National Park. If you are ever in that area, please come visit us!

Why they chose this property

We really appreciate that our condo is on the quieter end of Okaloosa Island. At the same time, there are plenty of activities such as the Gulfarium just down the street as well as wonderful restaurants!

What makes this property unique

Emerald Towers West is not a fancy building but has a lot of old Florida charm. Our unit has been recently remodeled and updated and has everything you need for a seaside escape! The spectacular views of the Gulf are the real star and you will love having your morning coffee on the balcony and looking for dolphins, as well as spectacular sunsets in the evening.
