The Space:
Originally built in 1926, remodeled in the 70s and completely renovated in 2023-- we’ve redone, reupholstered and restored everything from floors to furnishings.

Blending colonial architecture and Victorian furnishings with mid-century modern design for a delightful atmosphere. Expect a pop of excitement in every corner but not too much! From the foyer to the kitchen there’s a unique combination of geometric shapes, patterns and textures throughout the space. The fusion of international flavor fosters family-friendly comfort.

Whether you’re sitting down in the kitchen for a quick snack, at the dining table or into the plush, well-loved, leather sofas and chairs– you can admire the antique furniture that has been in our family for decades! Our collection of vintage furniture pieces exude character and classical sophistication. Each piece has a unique history and story to tell.

We’ve strategically created spacious and accommodating floor plans that go beyond feng shui. There are plain white walls (adjacent big windows!) and mood lighting for unique shots and spaces for personalization. Whether you’re hosting a retreat or shooting content.

It’s amazing for artists and influencers seeking a space to create content! Our home is perfect for photoshoots and product shoots. The lighting is nice at all times of the day so you can get great shots throughout the premises.

Open Concept Layout: The open-concept living and dining area ensures that everyone can gather together, whether you're watching a movie on the smart TV, or enjoying a meal. The home can comfortably accommodate more than 4 people. Especially if guests are open to creative arrangements (sleeping bags and air mattresses welcome)

Large Dining Table: The spacious dining area features a large table perfect for family meals or game nights.

Outdoor Haven: Step through double French glass doors to a sprawling backyard with a generous patio space, ideal for outdoor dining or letting the kids run around.

Comfy Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms await you with a queen-sized bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for everyone.

Celebrate and Commemorate: Get togethers and gatherings are welcome but please note that large events or parties require pre-authorization to ensure you have all necessary resources at your disposal

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the unit being rented and the outside property. There is parking on the premises and street parking available. Once inside the home, using your personalized code, you will be provided with a remote that controls the gate to enter the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
Miami's tropical climate fosters an environment where insects and lizards thrive. If doors are left open, it's possible for these small visitors to make their way inside. While we make every effort to minimize your encounters with these pests during your stay, please understand that any contact you may have with such pests, whether inside or outside the unit, does not constitute a violation of the agreement and does not entitle you to a refund or rental adjustment.

No glitter, no body paint, no candles or open flames, no attaching items to the wall and no smoking inside the house. Any extensive damage to the house will be subject to extra charges. Smoking is only permitted outside. Please dispose of all smoking materials responsibly. There will be a fine of $500 applied if there is evidence of smoking inside after check out.
