Relax in king & double beds or a queen sofa bed, play games, watch cable/stream TV, or grab the beach gear & head out for some fun in the sun! Refresh in the large soaker tub & shower when you’re done! Welcome to The Turtle Nest, a cozy oceanfront condo at Island Beach Resort! A paradise for nature lovers and relaxation seekers, with no stairs or elevators, just walk out from the ground floor and you’re steps to the beach, heated pool, sundecks and grills! This 700sqft unit is perfect for a relaxing getaway with your family or friends. You'll love the poolside location, the full kitchen with modern appliances, the spacious bathroom with a large soaker tub, LED candles & a separate shower with GREAT water pressure, and the comfortable living room with a queen sofa bed, a recliner, and a cable/smart TV.

You'll enjoy the private patios off the living room and the bedroom, where you can lounge by the pool or dine al fresco with stunning sounds of the waves crashing just over the dunes.

The bedroom has two beds, one king and one double, to accommodate up to four guests. It also has a dresser, a desk/lighted vanity, another cable TV with a firestick for streaming, and a large closet. You'll find everything you need for a fun day at the beach in the closet and the bathroom shelves, including beach mats, towels, chairs, lounger, umbrella, coolers, pickleball & tennis gear and assorted toys. Please use outdoor showers to rinse off the sand before bringing them, or you, back inside. ;-)

If you need to do some laundry, there's a coin-operated washer and dryer just down the hall. We provide a small starter amount of laundry detergent for your convenience.

The resort offers private beach access via a boardwalk over the dunes, a heated swimming pool, sun decks, and grills. We provide grill utensils and a food tray for your barbecue parties. Just remember to bring your own charcoal.

If you want to stay fit during your vacation, you can use the yoga mat, light dumbbells, and ankle weights that we provide.

Two tennis rackets, a volleyball & pickleball 4 person set provided. Langford park is about a 10 minute drive with free public courts & nighttime lights!

There's a fabulous on-site restaurant and an oceanfront bar but you can also explore SO MANY other options for excellent food, plus ice cream, liquor, shopping, a post office, salons, and gas/convenience stores within a short drive.

The kitchen is small but equipped with many cooking essentials, dishes, plasticware (please use them when dining outside), Keurig with a reusable k-cup and drip coffee makers, coffee, creamer, blender, ice maker, dishwasher, cooktop stove with oven, crockpot, and grill basics.

You can choose from two 4 person tables inside or outside or 2 can sit at the counter for a more casual dining experience. You can also mingle with other guests at the community tables and loungers near the grills.

We provide everything you need for a hassle-free stay, from linens and cleaning supplies to bathroom hygiene products. All you have to do is pack your personal items and clothes!

The Tiki Taxi is a fun and convenient way to explore the area & spend some time on the water. You can hop on and off as many times as you want between The TideHouse Restaurant and Downtown Stuart.

INSTANT BOOK STILL REQUIRES CONFIRMATION OF HOUSE RULES - include ALL guests on the reservation AND at time of booking please also message with confirmation of the number of guests, that all are non smokers & that your not bringing an animal. Also confirm that you saw and understand there is construction going on in other areas of the building and while it is not in our unit, there is a strong possibility that you will still hear very loud noise if you are inside the condo during working hours, which is Monday through Friday 8 AM until 4 PM. No work is done in the evenings after four or on weekends. Entry will not be permitted without this info & cancellation policy will stand.

LONGER TERM STAYS:
We welcome longer stays with extra considerations. Guest must pay for our cleaning service once every two weeks. ——————————————————Guests have access to entire unit except for two locked cabinets & bins under the bed that contain owners supplies. This property is 100% non-smoking inside and out and no vaping inside. If you’re a smoker please withdraw your request and look for another option.

This property is not childproof and there is no lifeguard at the private beach section or pool area. If you decide to bring children, you do so at your own risk and liability.

1. agreement to the house rules located at the bottom of the page,
2. the number of guests,
3. none of the guests smoke,
4. that you're not bringing any animals,
5. and that you're aware of the safety hazards for children and will take full accountability for them.
6. You see the notices regarding construction work being done on the building & the potential for loud noise inside the condo M-Friday 8-4pm. It may be nothing or it may be allowed, there’s no way to know what they will be working on any given day.
Access to the home won't be given without us receiving this info & cancelation policy will stand.

Please note that while this place is cozy and cute, if you are bringing six adults, you'll be fighting for the only bathroom like gladiators. So make sure you only invite your favorite peeps, or else you might have some drama. ;-)

Glass is not allowed at the pool & excess sand removal is not included with the standard cleaning fee. Sand is VERY hard on shower drains and pool filters, please use the outdoor showers to remove it before entering either. Please note:

Please note: We’re offering special discounted rates starting Oct 2025 while the building begins phased construction on the building. Our unit isn’t directly affected yet but feel free to check in about timing when you book to see where they are at. Daytime construction noise may still be heard in the condo (it varies greatly depending on what they’re working on that day and there’s no way to know …sometimes it’s nothing sometimes it’s very loud) Monday–Friday, 8–4, but weekends are quiet. Put your ear buds in or enjoy the beach and ocean breeze… it’s a great time to stay on the ocean for less while the improvements get underway. The pool will close on March 30, 2026.
