I.S.107- Charming! Ground Floor Only Steps to the Beach! Beach Service Included!

Peak Summer, end of May to mid-August, is a 7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday). The remainder of the year is a 3 night minimum (any day check-in) in which we offer discounts for 7 nights or more. Please enter your dates for an instant quote.

2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella "beach service" included each day of your stay. (March through October)

Island Sands Unit 107: Our condominium has all the conveniences of home to make for a comfortable and convenient stay. Parking is just outside the front door. Our building just completed a total exterior upgrade including new paint. This work was completed July of 2025. Our condo is a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit with an open concept living room and kitchen floor plan. The master bedroom has a king sized Serta memory foam mattress. The adjacent master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a seat.

In the living room you will find 2 queen sofa sleepers. There are 2 flat screen TV's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, each equipped with HD basic cable, Blu-ray, DVD, and smart functions so you can log into your Netflix and Youtube, among other apps. We also provide wireless internet access.

We have a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals for the family. We provide a blender for making your favorite frozen beverage! There is also a coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, and many culinary items for your cooking enjoyment! We also have a washer and dryer for your laundry needs during your stay.

We have plenty of storage space in both the bedroom and living room so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. Feel free to unpack and unwind! The entire condo is decorated with a beach theme. You will know you are at the beach even when you are inside!

Outside the back sliding glass double doors, you will find a grassy area great for the kids to play. Enjoy the 2 large captain chairs while you grill on the back patio. The wooden boardwalk leading directly to the beach is only steps away. At the surprisingly uncrowded beach, you will find 2 beach chairs and an umbrella reserved for you everyday!

Out the front door you will find another grill and picnic area which is right next to the private pool. The pool has many lounge chairs and umbrella tables for you to enjoy!

Great experience! Great location and very nice owners that reach out proactively to ensure we got off to a good start. The only downside is we see the dunes out the patio instead of the beach but small issue because the boardwalk is right in front of the patio!

This was a perfect room for our family. Literally steps to the beach so this was a huge plus with a 3 year old. 15 min drive to all the restaurants in Destin. I will always look to see if this property is available when I come back to the Fort Walton/Destin area.

We love the small condo complex and beautiful beach. The patio beach side was very relaxing. Inside the home is very well equipped, organized and clean. What capped off the perfect stay was the host being informative and pleasant.

Stephen is amazing. Everything was just as described. Communication was perfect. What I loved *most* about our stay was the attention to detail. Not only was the property *just as described* if not better, when you stayed there, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was labeled. There was no searching for this or that, no wondering how to work this or that, it was clearly marked. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and am already making plans for next year’s spring break.

After vacationing in this building for 8 years in a row, when the opportunity presented itself, we were excited to purchase this unit! We love the sugar white beaches and the crystal clear blue water that is only steps from our back door!
