About this property

Catalina Is. Home close to Beach

Enjoy our second home as your vacation home for your visit to Catalina, with walking distance to all the fun activities. Three bedrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs), 2 1/4 bathrooms, full kitchen with microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, kurig and a washer/dryer. We truly enjoy sipping coffee on the master suite balcony.
The open floor plan on the first floor allows time enjoy family or catch up on your sports on the Smart TVs. There is also spaces in the house to sit by yourself and finish that book you just started. The balcony off the 2nd floor master bedroom and the large front porch are great places to watch the world go by.

The property is just what we needed. A lot of beds and bathrooms. Close to Vons and the main shopping area. Loved the stay and will definitely be going back.

Perfect Location, Helpful Host

Our group of 8 slept easily in this home, and we were thrilled by the location. Everything was so walkable, just blocks from the beach and very close to the Vons. Our host was easily accessible and very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had the Best Host, very friendly and prompt response. The house had everything we need for our stay. Very clean and most of all very close to everything. The Vons store is only two blocks away. I would reccommend this home away from home to Everyone!

Location was perfect for us staying the weekend of our paddling race. We were allowed to check-in after our ferry arrived, which was greatly appreciated! The kitchen was also great to have. Just like most of the older/original buildings in Avalon, it does creak so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!

This has been our vacation home for over 20 years. We recently upgraded the interior with granite kitchen countertops, a new bathtub, and laminate flooring. The linen, towels, and cookware were also updated. We hope you enjoy your time on Catalina as much as we do.
We have a local Host, Allison, who can answer any questions you may have. She will always contact you before your stay and introduce herself to you.

Why they chose this property

Centrally located on the flats about a half block up from Vons (our grocery store).. Our home is within walking distance to all activities.

Located on the flats, we enjoy early morning coffee on the Master Suite balcony and family cookouts on the front porch.
