No residence in Avalon can rival this lovely property that affords 180 degree panorama views of the harbor and canyons from almost every room, yet is only a minute’s walk to the water’s edge. Maintaining the privacy of a Tuscany hilltop home, each bedroom is tastefully appointed and newly furnished. One bedroom, which opens onto a separate balcony, has a king bed and an accompanying bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and single bed with an adjoining bathroom. There is a large kitchen with an ample island for eating and visiting and sliding doors that open onto a lovely deck. There are 2 living rooms, one with a new queen size pullout sofa. This home has 2 large decks with comfortable patio furniture on each with areas for relaxing, barbecuing, and eating while enjoying the spectacular views. New gas appliances, adorable bathrooms, hardwood floors, and walkways with Catalina tiles will make your stay in Catalina the most memorable vacation you could ever have!(It's absolutely worth every one of the 48 steps up to the property.) Bedroom floors have carpet, bathroom floors are tile, remaining floors are hardwood with area rugs. TV in each bedroom; a small 13". | 11LT Lower | AVAILABLE ON REQUEST: | | Avalon Blue Line Baggage offers delivery and pick up service for a small fee, just ask our vacation planners when booking your reservation. | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). | QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).

Prefect short get away

Fantastic location and views. Easily walkable to all major location. No need for a golf cart unless driving the loop around Avalon. Definitely one of the best rentals in Avalon.

Our stay at this beautiful condo on Catalina Island was absolutely fantastic! The panoramic views of the island and the harbor were simply breathtaking. The condo itself was stunning, with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen that made our stay feel like home.The location couldn’t be better—just a 2-5 minute walk to all the best restaurants and the charming seafront street. Our family had a really nice comfortable stay here. It is centrally located with incredible views. But not easy to find especially when you are dragging your luggage up the steep hill. Would help if we were given an image of what the place looks like upon given the entrance codes.

This is my first time staying on the island and this was the perfect first impression. Personally, I couldn’t pass up the amazing views! WOW! The view in person is even more stunning than the photos. The interior is great as well. Very clean. Access to two balconies/patios, a grill and a fully stocked kitchen, if you decide to eat in. (We did & it was great!) Don’t be deterred by the lack of golf cart, when staying at this location you don’t need one! You are walking distance to EVERYTHING! Although if you have a lot of lounge, a taxi (19) is worth it at the beginning and end, being that the property in a hill. The only critic I have is the space is missing a full length mirror. Communication with Vrbo was easy and all my questions were answered in a timely fashion. (Within minutes). We also had a brief encounter with the owner Ms. Rosalyn, who politely introduced herself and checked to make sure we were okay. (We were great!) I genuinely cannot wait to stay here again.

Great Place to stay

This place has a great view. There are some stairs to get to it so if you have heavy luggage you will need to carry it up. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The balcony is fantastic to enjoy the view of the city.
