Beachfront Paradise

One of the best condos I've stayed at in St. Augustine so far. Great location, nicely decorated, stocked well, great management company. I'll definitely be back!!!

Perfect for our getaway

Great location, easy access to the beach. Very comfortable condo, appears to have had some updates. Extra pillows were appreciated, king bed was very comfy. Perfect view from the balcony. Will rebook in the future.

At Augustine Beach is great!

Great location, clean and nicely furnished. Property manager took care of a couple minor issues right away. Only negative was a very noisy family above.

Quiet and Convenient

This is my second stay at this condo but it won’t be my last. I love the location, it’s just a short drive to everything and it’s second floor so you have a beautiful view of the ocean. We definitely enjoyed the peace and quiet that seems to be the standard in this complex.

Excellent condo

Only complaint was workers on Wednesday. They spent the whole day doing much of nothing other than being loud and sitting on scaffolding right at my balcony. Was not a nice day for being outside.

Great location

Our rental was exactly how it was described online. Everything from the check in/out process to the location was great. The place was very clean, had everything we needed. It was our home for our vacation and the owners made it so inviting. Hand and dish soap was provided, as well as toilet paper and paper towels to get started before we were able to get to the store. We had beautiful views of the sunrise and ocean from our large deck. It is the perfect location-steps to the beach and in walking distance of many restaurants and shops on the beach road. And only a short drive into town, shopping. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends as well.

Given Wrong Entry Code

We missed the first evening on the beach because we were given the wrong entry code and there was no one to contact to let us in. Get an emergency contact number beforehand. The kitchen could use updating but the views and beach access is wonderful.

Lots of missing light bulbs, housekeeping showed up too early and walked in without knocking. Never got a response on an email sent with a question during visit. Relatively minor concerns. Condo was clean on arrival, beautiful beach front views.
