The third bedroom has a Queen bed, while the fourth has two twins. These bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Each bedroom has its own smart television. This living room sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing this unit to comfortably sleep 8. There is a washing machine and dryer for your use.

Important Notes:
- Your booking includes two parking passes and 8 wristbands. There is 1 dedicated parking space assigned to this unit, conveniently located on the ground floor near the elevator. Other spaces on the 5th floor of the garage or across the street are available on a first come, first serve basis. If a parking pass or wristband is lost, a replacement can be purchased from Security for $20. Only 2 vehicles allowed per stay. - Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
