Cottage offering Luxury & Privacy on 80 acres with stocked pond.
Enjoy incredible views on this 80 acre farm including Gorgeous sunsets from the front porch and sun rises from the upper level back balcony! Cottage #1 sits on top of the hill while cottage #2 is across the farm on the other side of the fully stocked pond! Outdoor patio with fire place, front porch with amazing sunset views of the hills and fully stocked pond. Recessed back deck on the upper level.
Modern chic furniture, 1 bedroom with King Sized bed and a loft with 4 "queen size" bunks sleeping up to 8 people in the loft alone if beds are shared. Cottage at the Ridge is secluded enough to get away from it all (40 min south of Nashville!)

However, it’s close to all you need! 5 minutes to Tequilla's Mexican Restaraunt, Cracker Barrell, Stan's Country Store and many fast food options. 13 mins to historic downtown Columbia, TN, and 15 minutes to the Crossings Shopping Center in Spring Hill, TN.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
*Check out time is at 10 AM
-strip sheets, pillowcases, and duvet cover covers from used beds. Please leave duvet on the bed!
-place dirty linens on a pile in the laundry area
-put soiled towels on separate pile in the laundry area
-Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start load
-discard all food from refrigerator and discard.
-place all trash in sealed, trash bags, and place in garage trashcan
-put any moved furniture back to original spot(there will be an extra charge if Furniture isn’t put back)
-Check for your valuables
