With an abundance of sleeping arrangements, this home makes a great place for family gatherings and multi-family meet ups.

The main level features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed along with an en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub, separate shower and spacious walk-in closet.
The secondary bedrooms feature full sized beds and access to a full bathroom in the corridor.
Additional rooms on this floor include a laundry area with washer and dryer. A spacious kitchen equipped with everything you`ll need for your stay. A lovely living room with space for 7 to sit around the fireplace or infront of the the TV. A breakfast room with seating for 6. A dining room with seating for 6, and access to the rear deck that features an outdoor dining table for 6 along with additional seating for 5 more to gather around with coffee or a glass of wine.

It is a cozy neighborhood and the home is located towards the end of a cul-de-sac. There are a couple of neighbors so we do ask that noise levels are respected at all times and to honor quiet hours between 9pm and 8am too.
