Our home is located in the town center of Goodlettsville, which is a small community on the Northside of Nashville with access to antique stores, parks, coffee shops, restaurants & close access to Interstate 65, Old Hickory Lake, golf courses & more…

The redesign of this home was purpose driven to be utilized as a vacation rental. Each bedroom is not only exceptionally spacious, but is en-suite & contains 1 or 2 wall-mounted televisions depending on the room.

Here is a breakdown of each room to give a good understanding of the space:

The Living Room - The centerpiece of this room is the grand fireplace. It is equipped with gas logs and has a large flat screen TV up above it. To the left is a wonderful office desk, a perfect spot to grab your laptop and get some work accomplished. There is ample seating to enjoy this warm and cozy space.

The Kitchen - We’ve tried to make this feel like your home away from home, so the kitchen has been decked out with the vast majority of things you’d expect to need while prepping meals during your travels. From crock pots & Keurig coffee maker to blenders & everything in-between, we welcome you to cook up a feast. The enormous island is the perfect place to gather around & even has 8 bar stools for your comfort. With an open concept floor plan, the Kitchen flows seamlessly into the Living room , Dining area & outdoor patio.

The Dining Area - Our dining table has placements for 10 people. Add that to the 8 bar stools around the Kitchen Island & your entire group has a spot to sit & gather together for family meals.

The Games Room - This is a trendy little space, tucked away with a barn door to slide closed & let the kids or “big kids” have some fun! Decked out with a classic pinball machine, multi-game stand up arcade featuring all the old classics & a games table with multiple board games & card decks for hours of entertainment…

The Laundry Room - With side by side washer & dryer, a starter supply of detergent, ironing board & iron. Should you need to freshen up some towels or launder your clothes for rd 2, then we have you covered with this available facility.

Bedroom #1 - This room features a lovely King size bedroom set, wall-mounted Smart TV, stunning en-suite bathroom with double vanities, his/hers walk-in shower & even a fold away twin bed to allow an extra person to sleep here. (Sleeps up to 3 people in 2 beds).

Bedroom #2 - This multi-spaced room features a Queen bed in the front section with a wall-mounted Smart TV. An en-suite bathroom in the center section with walk-in shower. Then the rear section has a bunk setup that includes a Queen lower bunk, an XL Twin middle bunk & XL Full upper bunk. This area also has a wall-mounted Smart TV. (Sleeps up to 7 in 4 beds).

Bedroom #3 - This multi-spaced room features a Queen bed in the front section with a wall-mounted Smart TV. An en-suite bathroom in the center section with tub/shower combo. Then the rear section has a bunk setup that includes a Queen lower bunk, an XL Twin middle bunk & XL Full upper bunk. This area also has a wall-mounted Smart TV. (Sleeps up to 7 in 4 beds).

Bedroom #4 - This room features a lovely King size bedroom set, wall-mounted Smart TV, stunning en-suite bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower & even a fold away twin bed to allow an extra person to sleep here. (Sleeps up to 3 people in 2 beds).

Outdoors - Our huge back patio is not only covered, but feels like an indoor space with the freshness of outdoors! The stained concrete floors & wood accented ceiling bring warmth to this large space. Enjoy sitting around the outdoor TV from the comfort of our sectional couch, extend your dining options to outside with seating around the table for 8. Enjoy a game of corn hole with friends or relax in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit regaling stories together or roasting up S’mores. With ambient lighting from the cafe rope lights & overhead cans/fan, this is the perfect place to hang out. To the rear of the fenced-in yard is a gravel parking area with space for multiple vehicles.
