What a great house! It is so much bigger than it looks from the outside. A great layout, well stocked, and the yard has such a tropical feel! Loved the heated pool, especially with the chillier temperatures and the outdoor sitting nook. The only thing that would make it even better would be the bathroom by the back bedroom has really nowhere to put your toiletries when getting ready. Maybe some shelves on the wall? I had to use the window sill and toilet. And the only outlet was on the wall across from the sink. But it’s really not a deal breaker you just make it work. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Our boys loved the heated pool and we enjoyed the beautiful back yard. The location was perfect, close to the beach, mall and grocery stores. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Family Vacation Rental

Our family had such a great time relaxing in this home, lounging by the pool and cooking together. The home is a great location for access to FLL airport, the local beaches, shopping, and 45 min to Miami where we took in all the sites. The home was stocked with pool and beach supplies, and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. We hope to come back next summer!

Wonderful house and even better backyard. This was our first trip to Fort Lauderdale and the location was excellent. Private yard and a quiet neighborhood. Our little oasis

We absolutely adore this Palm Terrace property. This is our second time here and we plan to rent again next year. The layout is perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 children) and the backyard was a gem. It was our little oasis for the whole 8 day stay. The place was fully stocked and we really appreciated the provided coffee and bottles of water upon our arrival. The property manager was very helpful if we had any questions. This place is also very close to groceries and restaurants. We look forward to coming back next year.

Awesome experience! House was clean and well stocked with everything you'd need to make it feel like your own home. Laundry, kitchen, bathroom supplies all furnished. The house was even stocked with supplies to enjoy the pool(sunscreen and big spray). Hosts were great at leaving messages to know when contractors would be on-site. This house was perfect! My top three compliments were; the house’s cleanliness - it was absolutely immaculate! The pool and private back yard were lovely. And the location was fantastic, close to the airport, beach, and Wilton Drive. Cute neighborhood also for taking a walk in the morning or night time. I’m honestly going to rent this house again. We had such a good time. Everything we needed was there! Plenty of towels, chairs for the beach, the kitchen had all the utensils, and other things we needed to cook or prepare a meal. I wish I owned this property so I could go there more often, haha

The first words I said when I walked in were “wow, this is great!” It was classy, beautiful and included homey details like complementary coffee making supplies. Everything was well labeled and easy to find. Logically laid out. The knob in the back master shower kept coming off but that was the only thing a little off. The pool and backyard were amazing! Was the vacation rental management staff helpful: Yes, they accommodated our early arrival, their recommendations for restaurants worked out well and they responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay.

Best family vacation ever!

This long awaited get together with family from all over could not have been better! This home is spotless and gorgeous. The pool and backyard were like our own little resort. My grandkids, 6, 6 1/2, and 9 spent hours everyday in the wonderful pool. We only left once to go to the Museum of Discovery and Science, also a big hit. The layout of the house was perfect and it was stocked with anything and everything we needed. The whole experience was just magical and we were all so sad to leave. We are already talking about when we can come back!
