Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Our boys loved the heated pool and we enjoyed the beautiful back yard. The location was perfect, close to the beach, mall and grocery stores. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We were a group of 6 couples and we loved the stay! The property is very well equipment and clean, although in some areas some things could use an upgrade. The garden is phenomenal, a real piece of heaven. Pool was clean and very nice. A quiet and safe neighborhood.

Palm Terrace Review

Me and my family absolutely enjoyed this property. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with the smooth sound of jazz playing throughout the home. This property was clean, private and quiet. Very convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Thank you Mr. Packard for allowing my family to reside in your home.

Amazing Family Vacation Rental

Our family had such a great time relaxing in this home, lounging by the pool and cooking together. The home is a great location for access to FLL airport, the local beaches, shopping, and 45 min to Miami where we took in all the sites. The home was stocked with pool and beach supplies, and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. We hope to come back next summer!

Wonderful vacation home

Wonderful house and even better backyard. This was our first trip to Fort Lauderdale and the location was excellent. Private yard and a quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed our time on vacation and would definitely stay again. The house was stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of room for my family of seven and the kids absolutely loved the pool. Thank you very much!

Our little oasis

We absolutely adore this Palm Terrace property. This is our second time here and we plan to rent again next year. The layout is perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 children) and the backyard was a gem. It was our little oasis for the whole 8 day stay. The place was fully stocked and we really appreciated the provided coffee and bottles of water upon our arrival. The property manager was very helpful if we had any questions. This place is also very close to groceries and restaurants. We look forward to coming back next year.

April 2023 Stay

Awesome experience! House was clean and well stocked with everything you'd need to make it feel like your own home. Laundry, kitchen, bathroom supplies all furnished. The house was even stocked with supplies to enjoy the pool(sunscreen and big spray). Hosts were great at leaving messages to know when contractors would be on-site. Home is close to beaches and a lot of what the area offered. Great stay! Thank you!

Lowkey Vacation with friends

This house was perfect! My top three compliments were; the house’s cleanliness - it was absolutely immaculate! The pool and private back yard were lovely. And the location was fantastic, close to the airport, beach, and Wilton Drive. Cute neighborhood also for taking a walk in the morning or night time. I’m honestly going to rent this house again. We had such a good time. Everything we needed was there! Plenty of towels, chairs for the beach, the kitchen had all the utensils, and other things we needed to cook or prepare a meal. I wish I owned this property so I could go there more often, haha

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One word for this home and it's AMAZING!!! We stayed in this home for 6 days and 5 nights and all 8 of us didn't want to leave. The owner made us feel very welcomed and left us a nice card with 2 bottles of wine. The house and property was kept very clean and the house came with everything you could ask for and more. And did I mention how the back yard was paradise. We'll definitely be staying here again.

The locations was close to the airport and convenient to so many nice restaurants and beaches. We could even walk to the grocery store. Beautiful residential area and oasis like backyard.Was the home clean and in good shape? The first words I said when I walked in were “wow, this is great!” It was classy, beautiful and included homey details like complementary coffee making supplies. Everything was well labeled and easy to find. Logically laid out. The knob in the back master shower kept coming off but that was the only thing a little off. The pool and backyard were amazing! Was the vacation rental management staff helpful: Yes, they accommodated our early arrival, their recommendations for restaurants worked out well and they responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay.

We had a blast!!

The house itself was great. Very pretty, well maintained, nicely decorated and spacious. And then you walk into the backyard… super nice, completely surrounded by lush palm trees, and the beautiful pool in the center. Plenty of sitting, very nice. We had a great time.

Best family vacation ever!

This long awaited get together with family from all over could not have been better! This home is spotless and gorgeous. The pool and backyard were like our own little resort. My grandkids, 6, 6 1/2, and 9 spent hours everyday in the wonderful pool. We only left once to go to the Museum of Discovery and Science, also a big hit. The layout of the house was perfect and it was stocked with anything and everything we needed. The whole experience was just magical and we were all so sad to leave. We are already talking about when we can come back!

Perfect stay

My family and I loved everything about our stay. The house is fantastic and David was an amazing host. Every possible detail or need a guest would have was covered in the communication or in the house amenities. The backyard and the pool were great, the bedrooms were good size. The kitchen is so well-stocked with any tool you could need to cook. We would definitely stay at this property again and were sad to have to leave when our vacation was over...

David provided exceptional customer service with any questions or needs we had. The beach, stores, & restaurants are in vey close proximity to this property. July 2022 Stay

David & Steve are great hosts who go out of their way to make everything as perfect as possible. They are quick to respond if you have any questions or needs. The home was warm & inviting with special touches. They even provided sunscreen if you forgot to bring yours from home. The pool & yard was a tropical paradise. Loved the home’s tropical decorating theme! I would recommend any properties they oversee.
