Summer Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation rental was great except for the A/C. It cooled the front part of the apartment, but it was hot in the rooms which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. We lowered the temperature but it still didn’t cool properly.

Final Visit? Probably..

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been coming since the 80's, and was planning to return every year, since now I'm retired. The beach and the grounds at the Moorings are always exceptional. However,I was incorrectly charged for something I did not take, and I'm waiting too long to see the credit on my credit card. The refrigerator did not work properly when we arrived in 2021, and it still didn't work in 2022! The staff feels remote, both physically and mentally from the clientele. The last straw was when the rates for 2023 jumped over 40% before taxes and fees. As soon as I see my credit, I plan to cancel. I hope the owners enjoy the place. I can spend a month in France for less money than 2 weeks at the Moorings.

Thanks for helping my son surprise me with his family visiting and staying in the same building. You were very accommodating and generous with the upgrade of our unit. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pool was a little cold even thou it says is heated. Chairs to use in the beach is a great add in! This unit was well equipped. We would totally recommend this place!

Great location, kitchen not for cooks

This complex is great. Beach and pool great. Kayaks, tennis, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes all included. But plan on eating out. The kitchen will drive you nuts! Ice maker broken. Knives very VERY dull. But it is adequate. ASked for a delayed departure twice but were denied.

Great location

Property is updated nicely and was clean. Located very close to the pool, bbq area, and the beach is a short walk away.
