The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Overall a positive experience as always. The room is well kept and clean. While the location is far from the beach, it still felt central to everything on property. Beehives being kept near the unit were a problem as we mentioned to management. We were told it was never an issue and that made our experience feel like it was being ignored. A condescending comment over the phone when my kids and their friends were constantly being chased by bees is not what any guest wants to hear. There seems to be a bee problem now more than ever and the idea that these so called "happy non-aggressive" bees can help with the "mean bees" as the GM put it (or yellow jackets) does not seem grounded in too much science. There is also generally a feeling that you are doing your guests a favor by letting them rent there. Always has been the attitude at the Moorings. We have been visiting for 30+ years.
