Clean ,relaxing , beautiful views , right on the beach

The condo was very nice , the location was perfect, everything was very clean ,water pressure excellent for showers ,the only problem I had with it was the furnishings were not very comfortable, as in the living room furniture there was not enough seating for the amount of people that the condo was intintended for , the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, the other guests in our party commented that their beds were also comfortable, the kitchen was way too small ,it had a poor design, it was impossible for two people to be in there at the same time. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it to our friends ,thank you

Pics do no justice to the property

We absolutely loved our stay here. We initially went with another property but were moved to this one when an extra guest was added to our trip. I remember seeing the property during our search but I wasn't impressed. We drove 9 hrs to get here and I was pleasantly surprised

I promise you won't be disappointed. Give them a try. The condo is HUGE, seriously the pictures don't show it in all it's excellence. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance (even crockpot) and utensil you will need. We made Christmas dinner there. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The patio is pretty big, really nice view of the pool. The beach is easy to get to. The gated entry gives you a sense of security, everyone you meet is really nice.

Local shopping is just over the bridge or you can try some of the ones right down from the condo. We ate at the pizza place right outside the gate and they were AMAZING.

The only small issue was the drain the master shower was clogged but someone came out in like 30-40 mins and fixed it. There are some really fast tiny bugs--I think they are ants in the master bath that are extremely annoying because they are everywhere. I didn't want to call on Christmas Eve for someone to come out so I just moved my toiletries to the dresser--not a big deal.

We went to Schlitterbahn while we were there--it's right down the street as well, and planned to go zip lining but the place was closed.

There really is so much to do around here, especially if you love the beach. I love this property and we will be back! We had 2 adults and 5 teenagers.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well equipped

Our family spent the weekend to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and what a beautiful and comfortable condo. Check in at Padre Island Rentals was very easy, the office was about 2-3 blocks away from the condo. Condo was in a gated complex, which was a plus. The grounds were well kept and the surrounding areas looked very clean. Upon arrival i was concerned my mother would have to climb 3 flights of stairs but thankfully there was an elevator making it convenient to transport luggage, groceries, and grand kids. Condo was very clean, no foul odors or mold in or around the building, that we could spot. Kitchen well stocked with variety of pots, pans, cutting boards, dishes, cooking utensils, blender, coffee maker; however there were only 3 knives on the knife block BUT they were sharp and did the job, cut the tomatoes w/no prob. Plenty of seating in living and dinning areas. All guests were pleased w/how comfortable the beds and pillows were, we all slept well. We loved that there was a balcony with chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze, and we loved looking at the beautiful ocean through the big windows in living room and one of the bedrooms, and the cool thing was the windows were equipped w/thick heavy curtains to block out the sun so we could sleep in. Both pools and hot tub were clean. We enjoyed this condo very much that we plan to book our next stay at this very condo. We have stayed at other condos on South Padre before, and they met our needs of having a place to shower and sleep, but when you stay at a place that is really comfortable, very clean, well decorated and makes it feel like you're at home, then you feel the time and money which you have invested has not gone to waste. Will definitely return.

Great condo; Helpful owners; Lively place to stay!

I was visiting South Padre Island for the first time and was using for the first time. The user experience for the site was smooth; easy to find & navigate, and the site confirms that the customer will receive a response from the owners within 24 hours. In my case, I received the confirmation almost instantly.

The condo that I booked was managed by the owner through Padre Island Rentals. I had to visit their office to initial registration and receive my keys. I ran out into an issue at this point. The lady at he counter told me that the condo that I actually booked (the one in Saida community) on the website couple of days ago has some bug issue and the owner has decided not to rent it anymore just a few hours before my arrival to the office. That was a bummer as I had picked one of the condos closest to the beach. They had moved me to a different condo community which may not necessarily be better or worse than what I had booked, but it certainly wasn't the closest to the beach and that was my major requirement. I mentioned to them that I should at least have been notified, if not asked, if my booking is being altered in anyway. They did not took the feedback negatively. In addition, I requested them to find me a condo other than the one they had moved me to, and the one which would be closer to the beach. It took the lady about a couple of calls to the owner and a few minutes of research, but she ended up giving me not only one, but two options according to my requirement. Her efforts are well appreciated, as well as owner's flexibility! Thanks a ton to them for saving my vacation. I got a condo on third floor at a property named "Beach House" (this above property - Beach House II - BT303) and it was really close to the beach; about half a mile or lesser walk and you will be washing your feet in the sea water!! There was a swimming pool, too.

Now, as far as condominium goes, the apartment was well furnished, clean, sanitized, well-lit, and full of amenities/equipment. They had crockery, dish-washer, clean towels, a large flat-screen TV in the living room, medium sized flat-screen TV in each of the three bedrooms, Set top box on each TV, a few DVDs, patio furniture, nice bed-sheets and comforter, comfortable sofa-set, etc. The master bedroom and living room had windows and doors that open in the balcony with sea view.

Location was great and I would return back here! Recommended!!

Since we are a local management company we had other options to offer you to make sure you and your family have a great time. I am glad yo really enjoyed the condo you stayed in and hope to see you and your family on your next visit to South Padre Island. I do want to mention that the distance from the front door of the condo you stayed in to the water is less than 50 yards. The widest area on our island is almost half a mile wide, we are a very small beach from community here. Again, thank you for the amazing review.

Great view

The view is spectacular and the condo is close to the beach. I enjoyed waking to a breathtaking view of the ocean every morning. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. A definite must stay!

We did not have kitchen linen upon arrival but it was quickly brought to us. The down -side is you have to leave the premise to exchange all linen. Just remember to bring your disposable coffee filters for the coffee maker.

Upon arrival please check in with Padre Island Rentals at 3100 Padre Blvd. on the corner of Padre Blvd. & Kingfish St. Our office is 1 3/4 miles north of the causeway and one block north of the Blue Marlin supermarket.

To get to the Beach House II unit 303 from our office, make a right on Padre Blvd. and head north to the intersection of Bahama St. & Gulf Blvd. turn right onto Bahama St. and go to the end of the block where Bahama St. ends at Gulf Blvd. The Beach House II entrance gate is at 3400 Gulf Blvd, enter the gate code that you were given at check-in, building II will on to the left hand side, enter the parking area and park in any open unmarked space.


<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt" class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Calibri>Once you have entered Beach House Condominiums grounds, <FONT color=#0000ff><STRONG>proceed to the onsite managers’</STRONG> office</FONT> which is by the pool area in Tower III to pick up parking permit <STRONG><FONT color=#0000ff>(one permit per condominium rented).</FONT></STRONG><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </SPAN>If manager is not there, use the sign in sheet to leave your unit number and vehicle information and he will take parking permit to you when he gets back.</FONT></P>
