Brand new full renovation of entire place. Enjoy the salt life in this beautiful contemporary beach cottage just 4 miles to the water.

1 bed room with queen bed and private access to bathroom. Sofa bed for 2 more guests in living room with powder room. Laundry in unit. Screened in patio for happy hour drinks. Gated community close to everything. Holiday Condo amenities are where this condo really shines! Enjoy two pools (indoor & outdoor), a tennis court, bocce ball court and shuffleboard – something for everyone to enjoy!

Each guest will be required by the HOA to pass a background check. This will take a few days.
