Cottage is less then a mile from sandy beach and pier area. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Living room has 65 inch TV with pullout couch and remote fans. Bedroom has a queen size bed with remote fan and flat screen tv. bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer in unit . Beautiful backyard which give a quiet area for travelers who would like to relax.. Also has a BBQ. On a beautiful street that is quiet and close to restaurants

Very nice stay!

This was the perfect place for my wife and I. Very cozy and convenient to restaurants and Publix grocery. A little bit of a trek to the beach, but we just considered it our exercise for the day. Free parking close to the bridge was nice. The manager was very nice and easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again!

Florida vacation

Property was very nice, owner allen was wonderful with communication. Love fort Myers area, property close to estero island Beach, Sanibel island. Fun places to visit & lots of wonderful Restaurants to visit.

The cottage was exactly as we expected. Adorable little cottage with a nice outside area to enjoy the sunshine! Walking distance to the restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful stay no complaints!

Very nice and comfortable cottage

Our host could not have been nicer or more accommodating or responsive. The cottage is like brand new having been completely restored. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants and over the bridge to the beach. BBQ and beach furniture supplied. Even had a fishing pole we used. Very comfortable place to stay. Perfectly decorated too.

Loved it!!!

We had a great time here. The property is clean and new and the location was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to do (beaches and baseball). Alan is a terrific host. We had to arrive very late and he stayed up to ensure we got in OK. All communications before during and after the stay are answered promptly. We look forward to returning!

Gorgeous stay on Fort Myers Beach

Our stay at this newly upgraded cottage was awesome! Great private location with easy access to everything. Alan was quick to get back to us and very nice! We will definitely stay here again, the only 2 items you need to add is a blow dryer (lol) and maybe a grab bar to access the step up bathroom and a couple of grab bars in the shower. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous cottage! Brownie & Deb
