You'll have access to the 3/2 house and 2x 1/1 fully furnished/kitchen/bathroom/bedroom properties located together on the same lot.
This property is perfect for large groups that want to be close yet have their own private place.

Minutes away from downtown and within walking distance of entertainment, food/drinks, and bakeries.
Other Things to Note:
No parties, nor loud music in the historic district. Parking for 6 vehicles and additional parking one block away.
