•⁠ ⁠We provide starter toiletries only. These are just to get you started, so please plan to purchase any additional toiletries you may need during your stay.



•⁠ ⁠Bugs & Critters: We routinely spray the property, but Florida’s subtropical climate means occasional bugs or critters may still appear. To help prevent this, please keep all windows and doors closed and make sure food is properly stored or disposed of.



•⁠ ⁠The backyard features beautiful, lush greenery, creating a peaceful tropical vibe. The pool and landscaping are professionally maintained 2–3 times a week to keep everything clean and fresh. Please note that with the natural surroundings and wind, a few leaves or small debris may occasionally fall into the pool or yard between cleanings.

Pre-Arrival: We'll provide all details for an easy check-in via Airbnb messaging.



During Your Stay: Reach out for assistance or recommendations.



Host and Maintenance Availability: We are available to assist with maintenance requests from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. From 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM, we will only be able to respond to urgent emergencies. Please consider that issues such as Wi-Fi, TV, or other minor fixes are not considered emergencies. Feel free to reach out at any time. Great house! Would stay again!

Wonderful and clean interior with a well stocked kitchen! No notes except that the outdoor couch was dirty to the point where it was not usable, but this didn’t impact our stay as the weather wasn’t nice enough to sit outside anyway. If you plan on using the outdoor couch maybe check at the beginning of your stay to ensure it is cleaned by then as it wasn’t for us. But overall wonderful property and I would 100% stay here again!

Do yourself a favor and don't book

Don't be fooled by the glossy photos, this rental is teeming with red flags and a management company that could care less about guests. Pros:-At first glance, the property is beautifully decorated with lovely art pieces and a nice pool hangout area. -The house is centrally located and walkable to notable spots in the Design District. Cons:-When we stopped by to drop off our bags there were two cockroaches on the kitchen floor and we also discovered cat poop in the backyard by the ping pong table. -There are holes in the ceiling where fire alarms should be. -The shower in the guest bathroom is extremely unstable. It feels like you could fall through at any moment.-This house isn't equipped to host 14 people. Two of our guests were left without linens or proper beds to sleep in for three nights. There aren't enough cutlery, plates, or towels to accommodate a big group. -We had unexpected visitors early in the morning on multiple occasions which was very disruptive (i.e. pool cleaner, leaf blower, etc.). There are also multiple houses under construction in the neighborhood which made for a chaotic stay. -The management company lacks customer service skills as they failed to provide proper accommodations for two of our guests for the entirety of our stay after multiple daily calls and texts. They were incredibly unprofessional, unresponsive, and frustrating to deal with every step of the way.
