All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
· Full set of linens for each bed
· 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
· 1 bathmat for each full bath
· Bed making is not available

A starter kit will also be included which includes:
· 1 roll of paper towels
· 2 rolls of toilet paper

Wonderful family stay with grandchildren and their families!

We loved the place. My daughters in law who are wonderful chefs complained about the lack of spices and the dull knives made their cooking a little challenging.

This place was amazing!! Beautiful home, furnished and tastefully decorated!! Kitchen supplies were plentiful. I’ve stayed at a few places and this by far was the best in Topsail. Will definitely come again. If you are looking for a place don’t pass this up!!! You do t be disappointed!!!
