This is a great home for multi generations. The elevator, pool and big kitchen/family area made for a memorable family vacation. Loved the king beds and in-suite bathrooms. Our 2 and 5 year old shared the bunk room. So fun! Thank you.

House and location were a 5. However a few things made it a 4 overall. When we got there, the trash was completely full and stunk with 1000's of flies. Two calls to the management company did not solve the situation as the trash was picked up 4 days later as part of the regular city pickup. Also, although sheets were provided, the beds were not made up at check-in and we had to strip all beds upon checkout - I would have expected better for 17,000 per week. The pool control panel was not operating, so we could not turn the pool lights on.

Beautiful home!

The home and location to the beach were perfect! There was plenty of room for the 9 of us to spread out and enjoy the views of the ocean from multiple windows. The pool was in need of cleaning but a call to the rental company soon had someone out to add chemicals. There were a few areas that were definitely in need of cleaning. We alerted the company on check out. We did a little clean up ourselves. The sheets were of poor quality but I kind of expect that in rentals. Our teenagers would have liked to be closer to Surf City for stores, etc. The older folks appreciated the quiet! Weirdly multiple people thought the public beach access was through this property. Not the case but the public access is directly beside the house on the other side. We put our beach chairs out first thing in the morning to get the spot nearest our beach access - I highly recommend!All things considered, this is a lovely spot and I would return!

This house was perfect for all ages! When the beach became to rough, the pool was right there. It was so easy to unload all our "stuff" with the help of the elevator. There was so much space, that our party of 8 didn't even use it all!
